The search is finally over ⁠Geraldine and I have found our wedding venue. Abbey House Hotel in my hometown of Barrow-in-Furness.

The building has two sides. So we are potentially having the ceremony in the original side and then the party in the new side - purpose built for functions etc

Congratulations on the venue choice. Now for photographer, even though you take great pictures Lee I don't think you can do that for your own wedding lol, music. I'm sure Geraldine is already looking at dress styles, and all of the other special touches she wants to add. I remember how much fun it was to plan our wedding, 36 years ago. Watching your journey is a privilege you have chosen to share with us so thank you.

100% thats why she was such a guiding force in picking the right venue. But she was so thoughtful in considering venues close to my home town to ensure my 97 year old Nanna was able to attend

That is exactly our approach@@tracymayertravel We are enjoying the process, sharing it and not letting any of it get the better of us. We have another pocket of time when we are off the ships together, which will be great for making more plans. Which was a huge contributing factor to our choice of venue and package.
