Who are we?
We're Eamon and Bec, a Toronto-based couple who live full-time in our self converted Sprinter Van!! SUBSCRIBE for wanderlust travel, behind the scenes of what it's really like to live in a van, and videos all about the yummy vegan food we make + eat!

I love the idea of the cookbook!!!! May I suggest- invite local ceramic and metal painters etc to display their works with your food. You'll meet dynomite people, make a beautiful book and help artists get their work recognized. More people will be drawn into your project. Love Jennie

100% agree with photos being important. As silly as it sounds if a recipe doesn't have a photo I usually just scroll past it.

I can’t wait for this ebook... and I’m not even vegan however since that chickpea salad I’ve definitely incorporated vegan meals into my weekday plan. Chickpea salad has changed my life....LOVE IT

You could look for props at 2nd hand stores, (and in BC, there's Habitat for Humanity's Restore). At these places, you can also look for old scarves & tablecloths, or go to a fabric store, buying a yard or two of fabric. Best of luck!

Agreed! I was thinking the same thing as I got into this video. There are amazing dishes and kitchenalia at thrift stores, too!

afringedweller Ditto! Thinking the same thing. Another RU-vidr was shooting their cookbook & bought everything at thrift stores. Once they were done with it, because it was so cheap to begin with, they just donated it back.

I'm hungry after watching and I just ate! You two have piqued my interest to explore vegan recipes and this looks like a great opportunity to try a few. What makes a good cookbook for lazy-bones like me is that the food-prep has to be simple, fast and easy. Food shopping has to also be easy as I don't want to have to go on a scavenger hunt for hard-to-find items. Looking forward to purchasing your eCookbook.

Your adjustments on lightroom are superb, as you make use of wood, stone, fabrics with a lot of texture it is good to increase the contrast, the sharpness and sometimes to play with the saturation. Beautiful work Eamon !!!
