Do you have a preference on shrimp that you use? I’ve tried raw and the little cooked salad shrimp. Both worked for me. The raw shrimp maybe had a stronger scent and held up on the hook a little better. One more question. What size and style hooks do you use? I like how the brown you caught was hooked on the outside mouth rather than inside.
@@darkshade8384 ah I see. You want it rolling across the bottom, not sitting still. Add and remove weight as needed to keep that god float. Size 8 salmon egg hook. This method is best done in the winter.
That’s funny. Appreciate you watching but your measurements are way off. I’ve measured a lot of browns off that river and if anything it’s bigger than 25”.
