Hi there Family cool 99. Nice to hear from you . The little S70 has snagged me some jobs I couldn't have done without it. It is a specialist tool for sure though. Most jobs can be done faster with other machines. Take care and best wishes.
The soil in my central Florida lot is very sandy and soft. I have ' 30'x30' area i want to elevate to 3' with nearby original soil that is 60' away. Can a Bobcat like the ones they rent at Home Depot do this and how long would it take to do a job like this if you have no experience operating a Bobcat before? Roughly what could i expect to pay for work like this contracted out provided i have the materials?
It really depends how wide the opening to your yard is. The only advantage to a small machine is it can get through a small gate and spin in a small backyard. The bigger the machine the faster the job will be finished. I can't give you a price because I'm in Canada and don't know the rate they charge down Florida. Within 4 hours of operating the bobcat you'd be good enough at hauling and dumping soil but if it's a tight area you may get into trouble and cause some damage. Have fun!
This video is uninformative, not edited properly and hurt my ears when I tried to play the video. Too short showing a lack of effort into providing value and entertainment for me. For that I will dislike this video.
Maybe just take it easy on people who have spent countless hours making videos to teach others.. People who make videos are real people, who sometimes have tiny mouths to feed.
Hey Jeff. This video sucks as an art form. No argument there. It was simply a poor quality educational video to show the usefulness of a tool that folks can use to feed their children and do good honest work Teaching or informing is what it's about. It isn't an advertisement to sell Bobcats. Frankly I think they are over priced and should improve their machines for the money they ask. Truce?
