Love the content. Getting into reselling myself and trying to transfer from selling random junk to video games and collectibles. The random junk isn't selling and I'm doing all the other right things and just not seeing results. Any recommendations other than to stop buying junk haha? Would love to see another Q&A style ending like you've done in the passed.

On the headsets and controllers I would make an assembly line, each doing 1 or 2 small things and do them all the same kind until finished then move on to the next... worked for most of America in the 1920-1970's why not for a small group like you!! 😂😂

Looks like boss man needs to build a separate unit for bulk and slower inventory. Fill up the Game Barn with games only.

@@kanesweetser8342 a separate space for shelves of controllers, overstocked inventory, etc.. and other inventory that doesn’t sell quickly would make things worse… 🤔? I’m pretty sure that’s why growing businesses move into larger spaces. It would clear up work space, make organization easier, make room for upcoming auctions/auction items, makes room for more desirable inventory and would just improve overall efficiency/productivity.

@@ChayseGrizzell it would be more cost effective and less time consuming to build lots and sell of slightly cheaper than to invest more into another build dont know how it works state side but in the uk you need planning permision and surveying done before a build can happen thus also increasing you taxes the system they already use is very good and makes a fast income i would say do blind bags or mystery boxes at a standard price to shift through a large bulk of stock that sells slowly

@@kanesweetser8342 If they have plans of growing business it becomes a justifiable cost. While what they currently have may work now, as inventory grows, you’ll need space for that inventory. You can either build/own the space, though you have cost up front, it can be an viewed as an investment as it becomes an asset that builds equity while also improving efficiency… or pay for warehousing and lose money. I guess it depends on their future plans for the business.
