I show you how to tell the difference between a bronze and another metal statue when you are out shopping. We have large bronze and small bronze statues. I am playing video catch up and I started to cry at 2:06. I have never seen or heard about that statue and it hit me hard for some reason. I am sure it is because of your explanation also. Maybe just emotional exhaustion from covid life, who knows. You have a great collection. Looks beautiful in your home. Thanks for sharing.

Very very nice, I like them all, but I always like Pan, and the one that wins the prize for me is the Egyptian princess at your front door, never seen her before and I always like the big stuff! Great tips about the magnet and nail test, didn't know that. Will be fun to take a magnet with us to the next antique shop just for fun! But bronzes are out of our price range LOL. Design Toscano sure has some good stuff don't they, we've got their estate size Hebe statue for outside, got her for a buck-fifty at an estate sale, far less than she is new from the company! Great job on the video and thanks ;o)

My favorite was the violinist girl (because I’m a violinist) I enjoyed learning about the tests to tell if it’s genuine, like using magnets, etc. very neat!!

Spartan warrior looks really really cool. But I might be biased as I love everything warriory. And movie 300. But the collection is again, impressive. Thank you so much for sharing your treasures, I just love them! I accidently sold my only brass lady holding up a Fenton snow cranberry ruffled bowl at a swap shop, was sick at the time and didnt realize what I sent awat in the boxes, they got it at a steal. I am still heartbroken.

Any steel or iron ....a magnet will attach to the piece......bronze or Spelter a magnet will not attach.....use a finish nail to tap the bronze piece for a high ring tone ....a Spelter piece or iron piece will just thud !

The base can be different yes...if a base with holes that's probably Spelter !

❤I "Wish I had Seen Your Video all about the difference between"Bronze and Imitation Medals that look like Bronze "and I Wouldn't have been taken for more Money 🤑 then I Wished I had spent on a Statue that later fell off it's pedestal and broke into a"Million Pieces". I think mine is real. I notice a tiny spot of the copper patina. Is on a marble base, both materials are cold and it is heavy. I'm going to Google if copper is part of bronze x 💚🌲🍀🙏😇🇦🇺
