@lilliekane you often mention working out the nutrients you need and adding in foods/amounts based on that reference. Do you have a calculator or watt to work it out? Most of the online calculators are way low!
I feel like we ex vegan just have that “binge” eating tendency as opposed to ppl that are balanced. I also can’t eat fruit or I will eat allllll the fruit
I love how steak and butter gal said "food I get to eat" That phrase is so positive in regards to the foods we eat...it's not "have to" or "choose to" but "get to". 😊
I finish the 30 day challenge today as well! I have always been slim but am doing this for autoimmune issues. I feel so much better! I don't think I will quit living like this!
Greetings from Finland, 61 year behind, I had painful osteoporosis , being skinny, eating lots of oat, at 54 I was really sick, gave up the grains, took butter to give me energy, 8 weeks without grains, all the pain was gone. I was almost 2 years in carnivores but got too much cramping. I follow Paul Saladino's advice to eat under 200 g berries, apples, honey etc., cramps gone, feel more energy and ladies look quite beautiful again.
So, your osteoarthritis went away? You said you had pain, so now you don't? I can hardly walk or stand anymore, with arthritis in both knees, also in my hands.
@@suew4609 8 weeks without any grain or grain products, and what is interesting i still ate some chocklade, so that did not gave me those awful pains, mainly grains. 8 years now without grains, if i sometimes crave for example been soup with dark break, i eat some eggs with butter, cravings gone.
Great chat, ladies! I don't eat fruit or vegetables at all. I can't get my mind off of doctors giving sugar to patients for their cancer scans because the sugar RUNS to the cancer tumors in their bodies and poses for the pictures. 😂 Thanks for sharing your journeys!❤❤

Thank you guys sooooo much. I started the journey about 9 months ago. I will NEVER go back to the SAD diet. Never never. This healed every problem I had…. Every single one. I had given up….. so grateful to all of you on here talking about this… ❤
Sometimes I give myself permission to go on SAD fpr a few days and find that I still mostly eat carnivore 😂. I went with my husband to get breakfast once and he went "you just ordered a pancake but you ordered your coffee with no sugar. Do you see the irony?" I (who used to always have my coffee with sugar) just told him that I don't like my coffee with sugar anymore!
This video is the perfect example of why people can't 100 percent follow other people when it comes to taking care of their bodies. Lilly is awesome because she always stated this is what works for her. But some people follow others and do exactly what they see them do. Then later on you see that person has changed their eating style and now you are shocked because you did everything they did. Watch the videos and take what is good for you and experiment. Learn your body and do what is best for you.
Well said! Absolutely! I take a little bit of advice and information from everyone. No one singular person is “God” of all diets. Thanks for your input and motivating comment!💪🏼
Fantastic discussion!!! Too many carnivores out there thinking there’s a one size fits all diet. You two have definitely shined some light on the importance of listening to your body on what we actually need!
This doesn't make any sense, for the vast majority of our existence we didn't have the luxury to choose. So we evolved to eat mostly meat and other things when they are in season.
6 months now on carnivore 205 to 163 this is the best I have felt in years. I catch ribeye roast on sale usually do prime rib with salt garlic and crushed pepper also turmeric. I eat a variety of eggs ,fried , omelets and boiled . When I can’t find ribeye on sale I get chuck roast and I eat salmon. I have bacon and eggs many mornings and I only use olive oil no seed oils. I take beet root powder ,D3 , fish oil and a multi vitamin. I work out cardio and weights and drink egg protein powder.
@@timothylee6300 I'm starting this next week and it really helps me to see what you're able to work into carniv. I was hoping I could use a little garlic or onion (esp. chives in my scrambled eggs) I plan on taking my multi, C0Q10, D3/K2, Iodine for sure... I lift weights too so I'm really unsure how much to even eat or at what ratio's. I'm so nervous to start
@@maddworld3317 on the carnivore diet you don’t have to limit how much you eat ,just what you eat. Your goals and individual genetics will dictate what you can include with meats and eggs. Some people have trouble with dairy or certain spices. I do supplement with a protein powder made from peas on workout days, apparently soy is full of estrogen so not good for men . I have also learned d3 with k2 is better and have added taurine.
@@timothylee6300 THanks! Do you do Electrolyte? I have pink & gray salt & don't know if that's enough to take? Oh ya, I forgot Taurine, I take that too .. and Collagen & Glutamine powder. Peas are great protein, I eat alot. I do take alot of supps, but it'll be GREAT to be able to cut them back, it's not cheap! I pray I can lose my sugar/carb habit that I can't shed.(emotional eating) & esp. get digestion back on track asap. What about steak sauces? Like Worstechire? (has soy). I want to wade into this so I don't get joIted with drastic neg changes I watched in vids. I'll be doing more deep dives to learn all I can. NERVOUS & appreciate your info🖤
I used to eat a lot of olive oil, don't cook it or it becomes toxic almost as seed oils, only saturated fats are stable under heat, I cook with butter and lard pig fat tastes delicious, make sure your salmon is land farm filtration or wild caught, not near land fish farms, keep up the great work, search steak butter gals carnivore icecream❤
I went from 192 to 168 in 3 months, my A1C went from 5.7 to 5.6, triglycerides are down, HDL is up, LDL is still high. My doctor is still pushing me to take statins, but Im not done with my journey yet. I have less inflammation in my body, I lost 10 pounds in one week, and my random pains have mostly subsided. Cant ignore the results!
“Order eating” that’s exactly what I need to stay the course. Otherwise I’m reverting back to my sugar addiction. New to carnivor, 5 days in and going strong. No room to fluctuate for me. Thank you for this beautiful, honest talk.
I’ve just started tonight with my first carnivore meal. I know this will work for me because I love meats, butter, cheese, cream, and water ! Looking forward to cutting out sugar and processed foods from my diet.👌
One thing I love about the carnivore way of eating is that it is so flexible to each individuals body needs. Yes, there is the base, which is to eat mainly animal based. From that base there is flexibility as to what types of animal products and even if you can tolerate a small amount of carbs (veg/fruit). I am eating mainly beef, some pork (because of price), and I have a little chicken and seafood in the freezer to just change things up a bit.
Thank you for the “ chapters” incorporated under the “more” Description, wow how helpful I just wish everyone would add in chapters to find something when revisiting-great work, great interview girls
As a 54 year old man, I've been eating between 4500 to 5000 calories a day. Mostly meat with fruit as snacks. Also starting my day with protein oatmeal... . At 6 foot 5 I'm only about 190 lbs. But have a fairly physical job. It hilarious that I'm in better shape than the 20 something's I work with.
Get rid of the fruit and the damn oatmeal and then you will feel twice as good. Oatmeal is extremely contaminated with pesticides, as well as being super high in carb. Eat only meat and eggs, then no reason to add extra protein.

Wow! So glad you interviewed Bella! I followed you both for a while, and love both contents! I hate going to the gym, but have implemented Dr. Sean O’Mara’s sprinting protocol. It only takes 15 to 20 seconds, so much better than spending hours working out in a gym. I love walking too.
THANKS FOR THE VIDEO BEAUTIFUL LADIES. I've followed both of you for years and still enjoy keeping up with you both. You both are helping so many people, I hope you both continue your carnivore journeys. I'm mostly beef, butter, eggs, occasionally I eat shrimp, sardines, a bit of yogurt, cheese, bacon, very rarely liver. I use spices when I feel like it. Cheers ladies! :)
Wow next level intro Lillie! This was a fun conversation to watch and there is so much chemistry between the two of you. Great job in presenting a sane perspective to the whole carnivore lifestyle and how after our bodies heal some people can be more flexible and explore other food options.
I was raw vegan for years and one day realized how much my body needed protein and how much muscle has been disappearing and started to crave fat and oils, now I eat meat and veggies and fruit and bread and some dairy and some sugary but I appreciate Bella so much for proving that we have been lied to and we need animal fats eggs butter lard ask Victoria Boutenko long time raw vegan now adding fish and eggs to her diet for obvious reason so then you go Bella and Thank You
Loved seeing you two swap notes! Have been carnivore for over a year and joined Bella's Steak & Butter gang a year ago. Cannot stress how grateful I am for all I have learned, both in the meatings but also in the interviews with other experts in the field. Would be interested to hear both of your thoughts on 1) extended fasting (according to the menstrual cycle), 2) eating fermented foods (dairy and things like kimchi, kvass-- not carni, I know!), and 3) the effects of high insulin and high fructose with regard to inflammation. Butter Bob Briggs has tons of fantastic videos on fasting and insulin that I've learned from. Dr Mindy Peltz' insights into fasting for women (from one of your previous interviews, Bella) has been hugely transformational in how I think about fasting (which I previously avoided). And Nutrition with Judy introduced me to Dr Sean O'Mara, who is a godsend in terms of his health optimizing insights and research, particularly when it comes to fermented foods on carnivore, extended fasting, and introducing sprinting. Fermented foods appear not only to have positive benefits for the mind-gut connection, but also in changing our bodies' cravings for sugar, which is largely driven by overgrowth of harmful bacteria, yeasts, etc. As an abstainer myself, I've found adding small amounts of ferments to each of my carnivore meals allows me to eat MORE and also has completely quelled my cravings for sugar/fruit.
I had a meat aversion weeks 4-10 it was awful! I stopped stressing and listened to my body, I could hardly keep anything down. The only things i could eat was pineapple, cooked apples, occasionally eggs, and sourdough w/ butter, sometimes mashed potatoes & raw milk. I’m fine, baby is healthy. That is what nutrient stores are for i drank lmnt and dr.Bergs electrolytes. I took my prenatal and beef liver pills on days I wasn’t puking (because that’s a waste of money). Now at week 13 I’ve been eating beef and meat again, but I’ve never craved sea food this much!
Your body is EVOLVING. MOST important part to remember. I’m now in my 60’s. my 20s were one way, my 30s with childbearing were another way my 40s getting older was another way. My 50s was very different than my 40s and now my 60s again very different than my 50s. I never very very healthy life style and starting at 19 has very much paid off… never too late to start eating healthy and exercising in a way that’s fun and motivating for you. Excellent video ladies. Thank you. 🙏
Two of my favorites together. You both interact great together. I know we saw some piano playing, but Lilly, you must insist on a piano interlude! Keep it up! You are sooooo motivating.
I’m like Bella - I absolutely hate the gym and working out. 😂 My physical activity comes from other things I do that I enjoy. I would love abs, but I don’t have the desire to hit the gym to do it. What matters to me is that I feel energetic and strong, and like Bella, I feel like I’ve achieved that with my animal-based diet. Cheers. 🙏🏻
Check out X3 bar. It's 4 exercises a day. Takes 10-15 mins. And you will build muscle! I love it cuz I hate being at the gym for an hour! I do that & walk. Highly recommend X3. Total game changer!
Great content ladies I tried lettuce and cucumber after being on this diet strict for more than 6 years , I had no blotting which was great however when I went to bed I started to deal with anxiety and nausea and didn’t sleep I will never touch another vegetable in my life.
A scone created bedtime anxiety for me! Three nights! A month later I tried a bite of cinnamon roll and a bite of French toast, couldn’t sleep for one night…NO WHEAT FOR ME and I am a former BREAD addict. No wonder I thought I was a “night owl”, I was poisoned. Live and learn. Fatty meat is my salvation. I love Dr Ken Berry💕
@@barblacy619 real food is the answer , we don’t need sugar at all and we definitely don’t need to use food as entertainment. We have to understand that by living this way we have change the way we think about food and once we do that we can live a healthy and vibrant life without any limitations.
This is an awesome chat ladies. I can and do eat a OMAD way but am working on reducing the butter intake as it seems to give me a bathroom issue every time. Supplement with the sunshine Vitamin “D” but spend a lot of time under the northern sun ☀️as I can as I feels so fine when in the summer hot sun “no screen”. 70 years on now and feeling fine but still have to deal with snarckiness from salade eaters but I just have a look at them and smiles! Love you girls, keep up your smiles please 🙏. I still stay away from veg and I do try some things like cheese cake for the grand babies birthdays but pay the price for over a week with inflammation swelling and bloating. ❤
LOVE this format! First video was excellent; this one is even better!! IMHO, this needs to be an anniversary thang!! Come back and catch up and give us more excellent insight!! 👍👍 THANK YOU both for what you do...🙏🙏
Hunger is a crazy thing. When I started time restricted feeding I swore I was starving. Then I realized that feeling would pass. Then I rarely felt hungry, what I did feel was cravings for sweets. When I first started trying to up my protein, it felt like work to add even just a can of sardines with a little avocado mayo. Once I did it for a week or so, it got easier. I'm now eating a gram of protein per pound of desired weight and the cravings are finally gone.
Great discussion! I think with cravings, we need to factor in not only our emotional relationship to the foods, but our gut microbiome's influence as well. And to trust the wisdom of our bodies! Most important is to nourish ourselves fully so that our bodies don't need to scream for nutrition. I ate macrobiotic when I was in my teens and 20's, and it led to an eating disorder (restrict/binge/purge or obsessively exercise) because I was so married to the ideology that I couldn't see that my body was craving excess food because it was trying to survive the famine I'd imposed on it for so long! Once I "got" that, I stopped fighting my body and started trusting what it was asking for. By doing that I healed from compulsively eating and found peace with food, even years before finding keto and carnivore...
Well I had planned on starting carnivore in the new year but I thought why wait- so I had my first carnivore meal tonight. I can definitely do this as I really enjoyed my mince meat Pattie’s with an egg dropped in the middle. Breakfast will be bacon and eggs, water for lunch and steak for tea. I really hope this works for me,I bought sausages and kabana and heaps of butter. I’ve replaced milk with heavy cream but I will be having my one cup of coffee in the morning for a while. Wish me luck.🥩🥓🧀🥚
Thank you for talking about eating 4 meals a day. It's good to see someone else doing that. OMAD gets pushed hard and the answer to everything but I feel each body needs different things and ways.

@@ANYHOO0 Well four big meals is excessive, but Lillie said she does eat 4 small meals. She also said one of those meal is two cups of (raw) milk. Drinking milk would not seem like an actual meal to most people. Lillie obviously feels better on several small meals a day, each of us are different.
My biggest speed bump doing carni is that my appetite has vanished. I'm 6 months into it. These days I'm counting calories to make sure I get enough calories. Trying to get 2000 calories is next to impossible and when I cram down the 2000 calories I feel horrible all day long!!!
For the last 9 months I eat 3 pounds of steak once a day around 6 pm.. 2 or 3 days a week i eat 6 eggs with goat and gouda cheese about noon..The only veggies i eat is 2 tablespoons of sour kraut 30 mins before dinner and when in season,my homegrown tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers because i love them and know there soil ground with no chemicals ..ive gained 10lbs.of pure muscle, and lost all fat..I had prostate issues and tried everything, carnivore fixed it in 3wks..i sleep soundly all night, have tons of energy..There will be an occassional day im hungry so i eat extra or drink a whey protein shake with a2 milk.in 9 months i went from 51 to 25 years old.
I think the hardest thing for a carnivore is being able to afford the meats they need to eat to get enough nutrients and calories and protein to sustain them. I've been a carnivore for 5 months and that has been the hardest thing. It's insane how expensive being healthy is! But I budget the best I can and hopefully one day meat will be more affordable. But I do applaud you two. You have been my inspiration throughout my journey and you help keep me motivated and on track! And for that I'm forever grateful to you both!
Yes, ground beef is cheaper. But eating it every day, gets tiring for some people. Others are good with eating the same thing over and over. But others, not so much. And the price of different meats make it difficult for some. It's sad how it's less expensive to eat junk food compared to healthy meats and even veggies.
I just made my son ground beef with a few veggies mixed in (he loves veggies) with a ton of butter and salt with a little herbs. It was absolutely delicious. I did have a little bit and it was SOO good. I haven't made it in a while and forgot how easy, cheap and simple this is. I told him when he is broke, this is a great meal. He agreed. Hubby had some when he got home from work too and he said it was really good. Meat heavy meals do not have to be expensive. Event tho meat is not cheap; it fills you up way more than any other food so in the end it ends up being cheaper than eating way more of other food. 🙂 We do drink a lot of raw milk; and that isnt cheap but all in all it works out because I dont buy any crap at all so it balances out.
This is absolutely true, but if you watch the sales and freeze things, you can do pretty well. Ground meat can become burgers, crumbles, meatballs, meatloaf. Pork shoulder regularly goes on sale for $0.99/lb. Chuck roasts can be cut in pieces and treated just the same as chuck steak (because that's all a chuck steak is anyway), or thag same chuck roast can go in the crock pot and be shredded. Most grocery stores sell bulk chicken, usually leg quarters or drumsticks, for less than $0.99/lb. My Kroger always has a 10 lb bag of leg quarters for $6.90. Ten pounds for $7! As the normal, everyday, non-sale price! Chuck roasts go on sale monthly for $3.77, ground beef once a month for $2.99. They also rotate through basically every other meat you could want (including the nice steaks) going on sale once a month or so. Watch that weekly ad, stock up, and then eat from the freezer, thawing a bit of this and that to still enjoy variety day to day.
Thank you, ladies! It was a perfect video for me, two women sharing their stories and growth along the journey, priceless! I am at around 3 months into my carnivore journey. It was easier at the beginning! 😊 Then, I stared to have leg cramps and always feeling hungry, people suggested I eat more fat, just add butter or bacon. That I tried to do, but butter is not my thing and I cannot stand bacon smell or pork. I struggled big time until I found tallow! Tallow is my best friend now. The leg cramps went away, but being hungry all the time is not going away. What Bella said makes sense, my body is asking for more nutrients! I watched Bella’s losing hair video yesterday. Yep! I am losing chunks of hair. I am just concluding from that video and this video that I am not eating enough food. I was trying to do OMAD, but I cannot eat that much at once. I am now at 2 meals. I am thinking I need to try 3 meals and maybe 4 meals. I am so glad I listened to this video, maybe the male doctors are okay only eating 1 time a day, perhaps women need something different. I am positive now, I am not eating enough. Thank you for sharing this wonderful 2+ year review.
Excellent video! Sometimes I just don't need all the scientific information, just down-to-earth ideas about how to keep going Carnivore. Thank you, Ladies!
I have recently started Carnivore from keto. I do feel so much better. I have watched several videos with the coaches. I would like more information on the community . Thank yall for all the great information. I have some questions I would like to ask. I also must say I never knew how much I would love eating butter and the energy it gives me. Thanks so much for all you do and your encouragement.
I am doing PURE carnivore finally-- after being NOT so pure for over a year with NO effect. I'm doing PURE as the ellinimation diet- until I get so I feel "leveled out" and then will gradually add other things back in over time... Before, when I cooked- there were BUZZARDS circling the house most of the time-- but I got an AIR FRYER- and use that- and I can cook ok now... so it's working-- finally. I gained a LOT of knowledge and experience from your videos-- YOU and Bella both... and I'm so glad to see the " evolution" to some things other than carnivore... because the BIBLE says- "ALL things are good- IF taken with praise and thanksgiving and in moderation!!"...
Not eating enough does sound like a broken record . We’re talking about high density fatty foods . I won’t push my body like that . What good is it all if I’m so stuffed I can’t move and I feel sick . That’s been my issue I can’t stuff my body like this and still function. A coach sounds great but it’s not that easy coaches are expensive. Many of us with autoimmunity are disabled and capped on income so we’re out here floundering. This is why I appreciate the videos to learn from .
I'm meat, dairy, eggs, some white rice a potato now and than and some Bushes baked beans. And strawberries...lower in carbs than most fruit but still gives you good things. 63, 5'10 170 and still pumping iron for life. And yes I have only 1, 10 second video on my channel here to back up my claim.
Wonderful conversation ladies! I too have changed up my "carnivore" after a year. I was trying to, as Nutrition with Judy puts it "CARNIVORE HARDER!!"😂 whenever i ran into issues with weight or illness. Although ive enjoyed every single thing i eat, i just didn't want to be so restricted FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE. My therapist instructed me to go deeper into root cause healing. I found a new thyroid doctor who is very carnivore friendly (indeed hes quite anti medical establishment in general) and he put me on LDN. That, in combo with Carnivore diet, and other holistic practices (No refined sugars, mineral water, occasional supplements, NO SEED OILS, no industrial chemical cleaning products, perfumes, lotions, shampoo amd conditioner) all of it combined has helped me feel like my best self. And i got COVID-19 earlier this year! And dealt with the Long COVID post viral syndrome after. But I'm nearly 95% recovered today, thanks entirely to these specific healing protocols.
I have to be honest here and say that I'm 83 and have a lot of life experience with old timers and none of them spoke or did any of all of this. We sit during the week in McDonald's and Dunkin Donuts for years now and I'm actually the Youngster of the group. We have a portion of what we love and go for walks. And all of my old timer relatives before me did the same thing. They ate a portion of what they loved everyday and went for walks. Grandma was never running through the streets in yoga pants and worried about smoothies and powders. She had no gym membership or bottled water. She cooked and baked and ate a meal. Excess in anything is the enemy.
Nice video, two attractive smart women.... I have noticed being on this diet that when I wander off the diet then go back on, I seem to get into Ketosis more quickly each time. It's almost like my body has gotten more flexible.
Lillie is my spirit animal 🤣 we totally match in energy! 💕 Why can’t I increase protein per day without sugars increasing and weight gain? Could it be that I have less muscle mass? Lost 120lbs as keto, have been carnivore for 3 years and gained 30#s!!! Fasting sugars maybe 90-110. If I drop protein to 80g I lose weight and sleep better. Fats usually 150-180 a day. I should have healed by now. Goal weigh is 130. Scales say my lean mass is 100lbs so I think I need to build more muscle? But I’m active. Water ski a lot. It is so different for everyone. I think I under ate with keto and lost muscle. Frustrating to find something that works for me to lose weight again…
I really liked this video. I think it's about integrity. Thanks Lillie, this has helped me confirm some concerns I was having about my discernment...Good job!!😊
Love both of your channels You both have been so amazing to share your journey. I went from 471 to 268 but am at a plateau. I have just fasted 48 hrs and gained 2 pounds? 😮
Perhaps it’s different for young women. But I’m 73 and 5’2”, 173 lb. My parents never really restricted my eating, but any woman sitting down and eating 2 lb of meat or more (!?) would be considered shameful gluttony and very bad form. But really I can’t eat a lot at one time, not of solid foods. I have a hard time eating the 2 beef patties and 6 short partial strips of bacon. Those last 3 or 4 bites of beef have to be forced down and I will burp for a couple of hours. That’s at lunch. A big ribeye at supper is impossible to finish-I’ll have the whole collar with half the fat, and take home the center with the rest of the fat, which gives me a breakfast the next day, rather than same old eggs, cheese, bacon. Some meals I will just have 22 oz+ raw whole milk (from an all-Jersey herd), or 1 or 1.5 cups of kefir (plain) from the same milk. I love milk so much I have no problem drinking that much. I never ate a lot of vegs, so I had very little plant toxins to purge. And I have to eat a few prunes every 2-3 days to prevent constipation. I drink 5 liters of water per day, so it’s not that. I’m glad to be aware that my appetite might change, the longer I stay on my modified carnivore. But this is what it is now.
This is SO helpful, y'all! I KNOW I don't eat enough at 1 or 2 meals. Whilst I listen to my hunger signals, I still find I have to force myself to eat. Doin better, though. Thank the Lord! Will experiment with this.
I lived in So Cal and my vit D was 9 lol... So many things were low or not registering. I'm new to this concept of Carnivore, but on board now... Just diagnosed with both invasive ductal carcinoma and invasive lobular carcinoma (not common to have both, but figures... gives me more reason to jump on board) Going to fight it with carnivore! Love these videos... they are inspirational.
Lillie, permission to eat more meals could be a key to getting me success with diabetes, skin tags, hair loss, cramping, back pain foot pain. Doctors say there is nothing wrong.
I was heavy in the Vitamin D supplement. My doctor tested me and found that I had toxic levels of Vitamin D in my blood. I think toxic Vitamin D is dangerous
Thank you Bella!! And Lilly. I know you probably don't like giving it advice on what to eat because people like us do tend to want to mimic your diets. But I just have a question about what you think might be good for reversing my memory loss. I'm 65 years old and my mom had early dementia and I can feel it. I've always had a learning disabilities ADD, and after menopause my memory and brain capacity went way down and I've been struggling for the last 10 years. That's why I started this carnivore diet. I've been on it for 6 weeks, mainly meets mostly beef but still fish and chicken and pork eggs, butter and my memory hasn't changed a bit. I haven't noticed anything so I know it's going to take a long time, but I just wondered if you knew any certain foods that are the best for the brain and memory. Thank you! Love you guys!.
When people dont get the results they want they suggest BBBE Beef Butter Bacon and Eggs or the lions Diet. Maybe you need to try that route for 30 days. Try it
Have you been tested to see if there is an actual decline or just perceived? Some research suggest 20 minutes a day of cardio activity is great for the brain and memory because the increase in blood flow can help create new pathways. There’s also some research suggesting that the Davidat (Swiss company) can help with this lost functions and improve them. It’s fine through a series of mental and physical exercises. Some health centers and gyms have them. I work in wellness and we are trying to get one for our facility to assist the work the therapist and personal trainers are doing.
Six weeks is not very long. Bella said she took about 2 years to fully heal. It can also take some time to figure out if you have sensitivities to some carnivore foods (some have to eliminate eggs or dairy, etc.). In m6 case, I couldn't get my electrolyte balance right until I added dairy back IN. And I also found I couldn't eat enough food unless I took digestive enzymes with every meal. I have been doing this for about 8 weeks, and it is just beginning to have noticeably effects on my neurological symptoms. Give it time. It took many years of the wrong food to get so sick. It will take time to heal too.
