I've used a powered and un-powered USB hub with 3 cheap capture devices in the past with no problems into OBS and utilised Touch Portal installed on the Laptop and my phone for a wire free remote operation. Recently purchased a Yolobox Pro for a more mobile solution to streaming, although it still has a few issues that the developers need to work on, for it to replace OBS altogether when out and about.

How do I make sure if the camera is working when I come into church to set things up, like how did you put it on preview before going live stream.

You are doing this the hard way, and I know you may not have the resources to do it in differently but you guys are doing it the hard way

Hi, do you have a video on how you set this us with the joystick remote? We are currently using one Avipas camera that USB directly to an IMac computer in which we use an online streaming service called Streamyard. How much will buying alter our setup?

SMTAV 30x Camera is NOT an 1 inch sensor camera! It's only 1/2.7. One 1 inch PTZ camera is about $10k today (see Panasonic PTZ AW-UE150). For that reason it's very bad in low light situation and also cheap.

We have been using a similar system with two smtav. One of these cameras was defective. Shipping back to China was ~$500. However, Amazon strode in waved the fee and the company replaced the unit. We have been using both for many years and will probably purchase another. I agree this is a good quality dependable camera. Just as in your case with use multiple canon camcorders with the pro chip when higher quality is needed. It’s hard to be the canon. We tied all the video camera streams and ProPresenter into a roland v-1hd to display a matrix of videos on a screen for the operator. We use an Behringer x32 sound board, a Dell computer for ProPresenter and another Dell with a Elgato hd capture card. I have used many remote control products and as you said. Splashtop is a good choice. The more expensive business version is need so you need to transfer files smoothly between devices. Sound we have gone down a similar path. We transmitt video over cat6 cable to eight large led panels in the church. We started when SDI was to expensive for us. SDI May be a future upgrade. We upgraded our lighting system to full color led lighting. This makes a tremendous difference in the quality of our video. Our website is fairviewUMCdanville.org. Best wishes.
