In one of the caves further down the mountain you're building on, there is an opening to a glow cave on top of the mountain, right at the back of this cave is a nightlight egg :)

I have played dragon fire 3 I love it! I don’t have any shiny dragons yet and I have hatch lots of eggs. A secret J found is in the house that has a cave go on the top floor and the two barrels have a chest behind them with a Diamond.

U can make the signs glow so u can see them at night, using a glow ink sac and white dye (glow ink sac= ink sac + glow berry/ or killing glow squid)
