My daughter was bullied awfully and even jumped by 2 girls a boy. I sent her to boxing and self defence classes and they've never bullied her again. It breaks my heart as my daughter is in therapy to help her heal. I love how family oriented you are Emily are thats how me and my husband are all for the kids and making them happy!! Health is wealth. All the best from belfast!

Our of the two. Emotional bullying is much worse than physical bullying. I have experienced both at school. What doesnt kill us makes us stronger. What is important is finding a good ground mentally and believing in ourselves, because bullies are usually people that are bullied themselves in some form and suffer with personal issues.

Think this video is amazing I suffer from chronic anxiety and depression I got bullied in school because I've got frigel x syndrome which is a genetic condition which causes leaning difficulties wasn't a good time Peter andre your absolutely right there's so much bullying going on wish people would stop bullying to me personally bullying should be band but I know the world doesn't work like that
