Kale is extremely good for liver basically its has high amonut of fiber so it makes healthy liver , half cup blue barries half cup kale blend it and used it for 15 day then 75 % recovered from the fatty liver.

Mrs Siddiqui If you keep the chohara in water for the whole night and then rinse them and take out the seeds by cutting them and then cut small slices of chohara and then let them cook in milk till that the milk get dry and and thick paste then stop cooking. Then you boil milk in another pan and put your cooked chohara mixture in that milk and then add sugar and let them cook for half an hour. You will get a thick pinky delicious sheer korma.
