Congrats guys I don’t know you and never seen your videos but my fiancé and I are also only 22 and looking at houses at the moment almost the same story with you just originally looking for places to rent and somehow ended up looking at homes for sale came across a couple loan options and spoke to someone from Zillow home loans as well (we did not go with Zillow for the loan) BUT they were very helpful in educating us on the process and requirements I found a lender in the city and state we ended up looking in and got the pre approval and an agent sending us options. Super exciting I never thought I would have been doing something this big so young but my almost 800 credit score and decent income I guess helped out! Again congrats you 2 that’s awesome!! Can’t wait for our day to come.

I have touch faucets too and mine are battery powered (6 AA batteries) so make sure you actually turn the faucet OFF or you’ll drain the batteries and you literally can’t use the sink if the faucet is out of battery!
