You guys could have easily taken a flight but took train for Flurry and Kiara...Really respect that... I wish all dog owners are this... Also for those who cannot afford AC train and all... government should come up with better facilities for pet travel.. the dog crates in trains are horrible.. it’s dark and suffocating..

Only a pet parent would know how horrible crates are for flights and trains! It’s high time better facilities are provided for our pets. They are our babies, just like a human child And I’m sure nobody would want to carry their children in a crate amongst the baggage.

I want to get my cat spayed asap but due to pandemic I can't even think... She is on heat now cries and howl a lot... This was our 4th time travelling in 1st Ac of the same train from Bangalore to Kolkata. Never really faced this before. This time after letting the coach supervisor know, we got it cleaned by the cleaning staff

Wow...so inspiring...:) Very honest n kind talk.. thank you for the guidance...:) I have just helped raising 5 campus dogs ,8 months old now, everytime the puppies would be born n die this time coz I was there,with help of contributors managed to give vaccines..but some people here aren't aware about animal rights and how to deal with them so happen to hit them.n often get attacked by the stray dogs.. .tried searching shelters but no help yet..can't afford donations.. Planning to take these with me..n see if I can only adopt n pet them as m emotionally attached..wanted to find out affordable n best way to take these wd me ..:) N the way u have showed the care...truly required.. These dogs r one of the best thing in the world....:)

Hi very very helpful vlog. We are also traveling to kolkata from Mumbai this month 30th April with our dog. Our local train station has told us that the application should be dropped 1day before traveling. So we have to drop it on 29th. But in your vlog you have mentioned it should be 2days ago. Hi, I have been watching Ur videos quite sometime after I got a shihtzu for my little daughter..I am also put up in Bangalore and planning to visit my in laws in Durgapur. Did u travel by Duronto. Why not by flight I mean are there challenges with a puppy by flight.

Yaa we traveled by Duronto express. In domestic airlines only Air India allows small nosed breeds such as Shih Tzus to fly. But since I have to put them in flight cargo where oxygen supply is less, I find it not so convenient to travel by flight, so from last 4 yrs I am a regular yearly 😜passenger of Duronto, where my babies travel along with me, that keeps me sane 😁😁

We were not aware so it was a mistake. Railway points should only be used to charge ph or laptop. You can ask the pantry team if they could provide hot water

Hi. Very very useful and helpful for all pet parents. I got my guidance through one of ur videos for carrying my fur baby in train. I have one question. Please do answer me. I will be traveling from sealdah to new jalpaiguri. I have already booked my 1st AC tickets. So the question is.. whom do I have to write an application? They said to write it to the headoffice. So going time I will be writing an application.. so do I have to write an application when I am coming back also?

I think the video clearly tells you that, if you need a coupe in 1st class AC you need to write an application to Divisional Commercial Manager. There is no guarantee that you will receive a coupe but the application helps prioritising people at the time of berth allocation. This is a process which you have to follow every time you travel from your location, i.e. the respective office associated with the station from where you board the train. Please watch all my videos related to travelling with pets in train, there are also ones which has details from Howrah to Bangalore. But you need to watch it completely and I am sure there will be no more such urgent question.

I too travelled from Kolkata Chennai with my two lovely pets At Kolkata no need for fitness certificate and you have to collect pet tickets 2 hours before departing.

Fit to travel certificate is one of the recommendations along with updated vaccination records as per Indian railways. For hassle free travel it is recommended to have all documentation in place. It is better to be safe than sorry. Just my personal opinion

We have booked all 4 seats, requested for the cabin with appropriate application and all required details (if you have watched the entire video) and also paid for the pet booking charges before boarding the train. If your situation is as such that you can book only 2 First AC tickets then you have to go through the same process and request for coupe allotment (coupe is for 2 people), wait for the authorities to approve and allot (subject to availability) one day before the travel or on the day of travel. If all these doesn't work then your pet can travel in a brake van (which is not at all an ideal situation for any paw babies). Hopefully all the situations are explained now. Can you also please call the railway authorities and confirm back if all the information provided is correct or not?

Documents drop karne ka koi receipt nahi milega. On the day of your journey you visit the luggage booking counter and book your dog with all the required docs, once paid the required amount, a receipt will be given
