We had so much fun bringing in the New Year! My charcuterie ball drop turned out great! Made a charcuterie bar with the left overs.
We all worked together to get our Appetizer & Dip Bar Ready for Party time! Here are the recipes for the dips, super easy and really really really good!
Layered Greek dip recipe
Ingredients:
2 block of cream cheese
1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
2 teaspoons of garlic
1 teaspoon of garlic salt
One cup of hummus
3/4 cup of chopped cucumbers
3/4 cup of chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup of chopped Kalamata olives
One cup of crumbled, feta cheese
1/2 cup of sliced chopped green onions
Combine the cream cheese with the lemon juice, Italian seasoning, garlic, and garlic salt and mix. Then spread onto a platter and layer next with the hummus, veggies, olives, cheese, and green onions. Serve with pita chips or fresh veggies.
Baja corn dip recipe
Ingredients:
Three cans of Mexican corn, drained
One can of green chilies, chopped
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 cup of chopped green onions
One cup of real mayonnaise
2 cups of sharp cheddar cheese
One cup of sour cream
One can of jalapeños, drained and chopped
Combine all the ingredients together and bake in the oven at 375° until it looks all makes through and nice and bubbly. Serve with corn chips.
Olive dip recipe
Ingredients:
8 ounces of cream cheese
One cup of chopped green olives and pimentos
One cup of real mayonnaise
One cup of mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup of sour cream
1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons of Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, black pepper, and smoked paprika
Combine all the ingredients into a food processor and pulls until completely makes through and serve with crackers
Smoked sausage recipe
Ingredients
Four packages of mini smoked sausages
One jar of grape jelly
1 to 2 jars of chili sauce
2 to 4 cups of barbecue sauce
Combine in a slow cooker and cook until nice and bubbly
Papa rotelle dip recipe
Ingredients:
3 pounds of ground beef
1 tablespoon of garlic
2 tablespoons of minced onion
2 tablespoons of cumin
One or two boxes of Velveeta
1 to 2 cans of rotelle tomatoes
To your ground beef at all your spices cook to the beef is done, then into a crockpot combine the beef mixture, Velveeta cheese, and rotelle tomatoes cook on low until completely heated through and nice and bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips.

Haileys buffalo chicken dip
Ingredients:
4 pounds of cooked chicken shredded
Two blocks of cream cheese
1/2 to 1 cup of Frank’s hot sauce
1/2 to 1 cup of hidden valley ranch dry mix
2 tablespoons of heavy, whipping cream
Combine all ingredients into a crockpot cook on low until completely cooked through a nice and bubbly serve with crackers
