Kaius wasn’t buckled because they had to get in the car really fast and hide so he didn’t have time. And Zelly wasn’t in a car seat because Risa was holding her and she also had to get in the car really fast. Risa also told kaius to put on his seatbelt and told JP that she had zelly in her lap. There was also a car seat for zelly in the back seat.
