Notes: same size cubes of carrots, bell peppers, potatoes.
Potatoes are peeled.
Cooking oil
2 tablespoons minced garlic
¼ cup minced red onions
½ cup tomato paste
1 kilo pork giniling
1-2 cups bell peppers, cut into cubes
2 cups carrots, cut into cubes
2 cups potatoes, cut into cubes
20-30 pcs hard boiled quail eggs
Soy sauce, to taste
White vinegar
Salt, pepper, white sugar
