Great video! I love how casual and right to the point it was. And no mention of First Hill? lol. We lived there for about 5 years, what we liked about it is that it was really calm, and we had both Downtown and Capitol Hill at walking distance. So we never needed a car to go to work, or to go for groceries, bars and restaurants. We had to leave for a job relocation, but we're looking at coming back soon, and when we do I'll give you a call to help us find our Seattle home ; )

I've always wondered about living in first hill. Seems a little quieter than Cap Hill but still close to everything. Good to hear you like it there!

West Seattle! You have such a nice "down town like" vibe on California Ave. And beautiful Alki beach ! You can walk from your house to grab some coffee and in general WS is very walkable. And more important - great people who live here!
