Over £5k for the exhaust pipe. What a joke. Aircraft prices for motorcycle parts. How do they sell them. They moan 17k is a lot for the Norton Commando but the finish is far better on the Norton.
Id prefer the suzuki gladius than the ducati as a practical well priced and reliable bike. Spares are far cheaper too. It seems their market is catering for people that are the top 20% of earners and even a middle class person on £60k a year would baulk at the expense of running one and servicing costs. Yes theyre lovely bikes with great design but itsgoing to loose value quickly like many exotic cars and bikes like BMW. Once the warranty is finished often electrical gremlins appear and cost an arm and a leg to sort out like KTM with fuel injection issues. A secondhand daytona 675 from 2011 is a bargain and you know its going to cost less to service and will last better with its fabulous performance, handling and design and for £6k you would get a very tidy one.
I have a 30 year old Honda. What has amazed me is hoe much bikes have not progreesed much in that time.. sure they make weaker bikes that you need to ditch.. tnat cost stupid money...and Ducatis that need thousands of pounds spent on them..just for service.. Hahaha. ... but Honda has only got NC lineup .. and yeah the European Committee endorsed vehicles. You know Soviet is Russian for Committee?? You know that right?😅
I’m glad that all the upIty Moto journalist don’t like the Honda scrambler. That means that maybe Honda will reduce their price and sell that milk toast of a motorcycle for cheap. Because that is how Honda became so rich and powerful in the first place. Selling cheap and reliable motorcycles. Minus the water pump of course
