@@TReA89 this is what I thought as well! I couldn’t find it under the border war battle plan in the core rules. I did find it in the ghb battle plans though after the app was released ☺️

29:31. Boltboy bonus to hit if not move is "your shooting phase". Thus no use with covering fire. Same goes for jezzails(and many/all bonus to hit if no move one could imagine)

@@SouthEastWargaming yah big shooty units are already looking strong enough. No need to have them get this bonus :) There are some abilities "get bonus x if you don't move" that apply in opponent turn but largely defensive ones like mortek guard ethereal save. But mostly if you need to stay still to get bonus odds are your phase :)

The +1 to hit from the boltboyz only applies in your turn so they would be -1 from.covering fire. The skaven player could have played a bit better imho, no positioning the bell for the -1, running the cannon (?), poor tactics choice, casting wither (??).. Nevertheless, its was your first game, so it's understandable. Looking forward to more skaven games and to see how you improve over the next battle reports! Very nice to watch , keep it up!

@@SouthEastWargaming we love you guys and I absolutely appreciate real life can be an utter shitter at times but hold the line because your videos help many others. They aren’t too overproduced and ‘fake’ feeling. It’s just like our games at home, lots of banter and proper convo.

Hang on, why couldn't the clanrats end of turn 3 capture that objective with seething swarm??? Nice bat rep though I like the way you do it seems competent and not too loud like some of the American ones lol inspired me to film some bat reps!

@@JebodiahJunfan good question I assume this was when the clarets may have grabbed the objective from seething swarm? That’s because returned models have to be set up in coherency with models that were not returned that phase to prevent conga lines.

What about the end of turn 2? The Skaven player returned the models after the points had already calculated and he returned 3 which would get him the objective by 1. Great setup! I like how you have set up the map with all the terrain. Keep them coming!

Sludge buff and shaman save buff only last during your turn, so unless you are getting into combat with them, best not to risk taking the mortals.

Dirty tricks reads that it only goes up if you are successful at previous tricks.

Not sure about this one. Says it goes up if trick has been used…I think if unsuccessful that still counts as used as you can’t do the same one twice per turn (without item). So similar to how spells are ‘used’ even if failed? Maybe… 😂

This is incorrect. Attempting a trick increases the difficulty.
