Our First African Safari | Royal Malewane Luxury Lodge | INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE 

After a couple weeks in Cape Town, we flew to Kruger National Park to go on our first African safari. We stayed at Royal Malewane, a luxury lodge where people like Bill Gates, Justin Bieber, Elton John, Oprah and many more have spent their holidays in the last few years and it was an incredible experience!
The lodge is located in the private Thornybush reserve, just next to the Kruger National Park. Royal Malewane is part of the Royal Portfolio, a South African hotel group, owned by Phil and Liz Biden who also own the Silo in Cape Town and La Residence in Franschhoek amongst other properties.
During our stay we also got the chance to have a site visit of The Farmstead, another luxury lodge by The Royal Portfolio with only 3 suites and 1 villa.
