Ingredients:
6-8 Chipolata sausages
140g plain flour
2x eggs
250ml milk
1 tbsp sunflower oil
salt
Method:
Set oven to 220°C. Cook chipolatas for 15mins.
While chipolatas cook make your batter. Combine flour, eggs and milk together and whisk.
Remove chipolatas, pour over batter mixture and return immediately to the oven (don’t let the dish cool down).
Cook for 25-30 mins or until the batter has risen.
