I found it funny that Appsro, the guy who was all about this game, just randomly left after a text from his daughter. Super sweet, and one of the reasons I love these guys, but funny video wise.

I've enjoyed seeing this game again. I may need to play it again. But. .watching neebs completely avoid searching every enemy or missing flashing things on the ground drives me crazy

Personally my favorite series of all time. I enjoyed all three. Absolutely love the first and have played dozens of times. This is long overdue on this channel

Dying light is a fun zombie game and looks good plus driving buggies with friends in the following is awsome

Irrational games is now Ghost Story Games and they are coming out with Judas. It is a story driven game with all of the game style and feel of Bioshock.

Around 23 minutes........ Yes, the joysticks were "push-down" back at that time... Even when the 360 released. 360 released 2005, two years before Bioshock.

Bioshock is one of the best games to play. Very action filled. Been awhile since I've played all 3 bioshock games. Definitely would recommend a full play through with the neebs crew

Whats wild about bioshock as a game is I took a class worth 4 credits on its symbolism, from Greek/roman gods and how they foreshadow to them constantly shitting on Ayn Rand, great game and awesome class!

Francis Lawrence (I Am Legend and The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes) is at the helm of the BioShock movie, bringing the live-action Rapture to life alongside Vertigo Entertainment Take-Two and 2K. No release date yet.

This whole series was easily one of my favorite storytelling experiences... There's some hefty competition there but even nowadays it still holds up incredibly well.

Each of the guys start their own full playthrough, hardest difficulty, compete to see how far they can get! Appsro can act as a grumpy guide since he's played it before

THANK YOU FOR THE SUBTITLES. I was honestly close to turning off the playthrough because of the talking over the game dialogue. Love your commentary but we're still here to watch you play a game. Any other time than when story dialogue is happening is key

I used to think Simon was bad, but watching neebs completely blow past everything and not loot anything or even just soak up the rooms. It's like nails on a chalkboard and drives me crazy.

I love you guys,but for the love of the gods stop letting Neebs do playthroughs lol. He misses so much stuff,takes forever to do anything,argues when someone knowledgable tells him what to do,and just makes these seem boring and drawn out. Appsro should be doing these at least. Kills me its "Neebs Gaming" and Neebs can't game lol.

I love bioshock and so if you continue this series keep one thing in mind bioshock 2 was made by B team that took all the complaints about bioshock 1 fixed them and made a better sequel called bioshock 2. Team A made bioshock infinite another sequel that ignores 2 and had larger ambitions that had to be cut down and feels very very different from bioshock 1 and 2. Some like it more, but i always felt like it was a downgrade.

How the fuck do you play games for this many years and not know that guns in many games have reserve ammo?! Christ, if you do a playthrough please let appsro do it because neebs is fucking clueless. I don't even think I can finish this with how painful it is.

I know they are making a video and have to consider that the audience probably doesn’t want to watch a “loot simulator” but I cringe when they pass un-looted bodies lol!

The remaster is garbage. You should have stuck with the original. Much of the audio effects in the remaster are really buggy. The original still works today on modern systems.

As a Bethesda Guy... did Neebs or Simon ever play Skyrim? Fallout 3? FO;NV? That would be cool to watch, maybe a few mods to make it look nice so Neebs or Simon don't complain about these old games, though do the Alternate start mod... don't think Neebs would like the intro, as good as it is on my opinion. On this game... seeing Neebs playing the game... was quite.... uuuh.... fascinating ^^

SIMON! 78 rpm is a great search term. And is it the 20's or the 30's that are public domain? With radio recordings, most all of it until the late 50's or so is public domain, as copyrights were never claimed or often not renewed. Lots of great stuff! We do "radio" plays every year at our community theater. The 1920's recordings are VERY poor fidelity for the most part. Analog recording. The 1930's was better, and once electric recording began (even though it was still analog reproduction) the fidelity increased dramatically. But HIFI was still many years away. ~PROUD VICTROLA OWNER!

There is nothing like Bioshock. It's in the top 5 best games of all time imo (and I've played literally thousands). The atmosphere, the story, everything, was amazing. Bioshock 2 only got close and was cool to see through the eyes of the little sisters and big daddies. Infinite was a swing and a miss and it really destroyed the lore of the first 2 imo. I feel like Infinite killed the future of Bioshock both in lore/story and in sales. There's a certain magical feeling you get the first time you play Bioshock back when it came out. It changed how we looked at FPS games from the dumbed-down boring "you're good guy, you kill bad guy" b.s. that existed until then. Fallout 3 came out the next year and between the two, FPS Rpg's became everything. Yes, I know System Shock 2 was really the predecessor but it doesn't feel the same and it doesn't immerse you like this. Not sure if that feels that way for new players now as a lot of it's gameplay tech is pretty dated now, even if graphically updated, but the story is just perfect. I remember the first time I saw the first plot twist....soul changed..the second? Was like playing an 80's Dario Argento movie with the deep twists that are super unpredictable.

Watching y'all immerse in RPGs is fantastic. With the sequel around the corner it might be hilarious watching one of you play Kingdom Come: Deliverance (with the magic of editing). Loving the BioShock though

I'm sure a lot of viewers know this. The developers based the political / religious / economic principals of this game from Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand. Throw an "R" in there and you have Ryan 😉

Ehhhh, I'll be honest, I do like watching you guys but, no offense, Neebs and Simon especially don't seem that suited for plot heavy single-player games. Appsro I think would be better, even if he's already played it, because he truly seems invested. I think it could work if he's there to give commentary and steer Neebs on course and give him plot context he's missed. After he left, Neebs seemed pretty lost. But, with no offense intended, Neebs and Simon don't seem to gravitate towards noticing details, towards keeping up with the plot, and seem pretty impatient and bored whenever plot events happen. I won't deny I'm a bit bummed by it, but it is what it is. It may be you guys just gravitate better towards multiplayer games where your personalities bounce off each other. For a game like this, the gameplay is only part of the experience, the philosophy, plot, and the world are arguably far more important, and that requires you slow down and let the game show you them. I could be wrong, but this is the impression I got.
