Oh that is so sad!! This made me cry too! When I was in 5th grade my goldfish and hamster died a few days apart and I stayed home from school. I buried them in the backyard (my parents still live in the same house) and didn't get another pet after that. But it helped me stay close to God and realize how short this life is and to keep my heart focused on Heaven. God bless you Karolina!
I'm so sorry to hear. I knew how hard it is. I lost my cat a year ago. And it was very tough for me. I still have a hard time looking at pictures of him. I had him cremated, So I felt like he's always with me. Your pet died in a happy home. Where he was loved by such a great family. I'm sure he knew how much he was loved. He's in a great place now. I am so sorry, Karolina! I understand how hard it is to lose a beloved pet! About six months ago our favorite yellow tabby cat got lost and never came back to us and we still often remember him and how cute he was... how he used to like to play with his favorite pillow and he would spin it like a fidgit spinner. :(

Breaks my heart 💔 to see you so sad. We all love you so much. I remember the joy when Karolina gave the new house tour, and she introduced us to her pet. I had a budgie (as they are called in England) called Joey, and he died when I was about 9 years old. Memories of him balancing on my dad's chin and pecking at his moustache. (Maybe there was food in there?) You will have memories. Cling on to them - make them good memories, not sad ones. Though you feel sad now.🤧

I’m so sorry for your loss of your dear pet....I had lost my sweet Siberian Husky (Miya) this last April. It’s hard losing a dear pet but try to remember your feathered friend in loving memories of what he brought to your life....and hopefully this will bring smiles to your face and comfort your heart and spirit. I'm so sorry for the loss of your beloved bird. I know he was really loved and cared for. May you find comfort in the wonderful love, life and home you gave him! On a side note, birds are very sensitive to chemicals or smells. My bird passed away after we moved into a new home. All of the smells from all of the different chemicals that were out-gassing were too much for him.

I am sad with you. I had both of my birds die within the last two years. I hand raised them from babies almost 24 years ago now and I loved them so much just as you did your bird. I think of them often as they brought me so much joy and love. It's tough to lose your pet as they are another family member, but hold those memories close to your heart and think of your bird often.
Omg… I remember him and it’s so heartbreaking to see this. 😢 I know it’s hard, I lost my bird due to my cat about 8 months ago and it broke my heart too much, I wish you nothing but the best of luck with getting well from this upsetting time. Its always so hard to lose a pet that you've loved. The nice memories will eventually overtake the sad ones and you'll be able to smile and remember your pet without feeling so bad. It just takes a bit of time and yes, he will always stay in your heart for ever

I AM SO SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS!!! 2 months ago, my bird also died. In fact, he was my favorite. His name was Slik. When I chirped, he chirped back happily. In a way we were communicating, making memories...so I know how you feel. This was my third bird that died. I had others...they died as well. Just know it will be alright. To have a rainbow, you need a little rain--to be happy with you pet, you must know it will die one day. Love to that family. I hope he rests in peace. Watching this video makes me realize how much more painful it is...to have ones loss. Slik was very old though. he was 15 years old. I will always love him. I’m so sorry to hear this. I used to have a hamster called Timmy. He lived longer than expected and died at the age of 3. I woke up and he wasn’t moving. His muscle was stiffened and I was very sad
May he rest in peace. I actually have a kitten also called Timmy. Good to hear though that your hamster lived long as he obviously had a good healthy life. I had a hamster who died in January at age of just over 2 and a half years
I am sorry for your loss, Protsenko family. Our pets are like our family. I am remembering when my parakeet passed away. I was a little older than Karolina. It was also very traumatic for me. I loved that little bird. That was over 50 years ago but the memories of her have stayed with me. We never forget the ones we love.
You know, I have no idea of how many I have had to say goodbye to over the years and it never gets easier. Sorry to hear about this. I have an 8-Year-old Shar Pei (#4) and his is my boy and the only family I have around here. I know how you can get attached to them and when they go, how hard it is.

But I always know that things happen for a reason. Dead is something everyone will expirance. Noting is more powerful on earth that make us lose is death. All thing go once. I remember the day when my parakeet, Albie (green and yellow), died. . .I was in high school. . .and it took a bit of time to get another pet bird again. Then one day, Gnarley (silver), entered my life so unexpectedly and chirping filled the home once again. Both were buried in my mother's backyard and will always be remembered for the joy they brought to me and the family.

Karolina, I am so sorry for the loss of your pet bird. I once had a parakeet like that name Tweety Bird and we had to leave him with another family when we left Germany to come back to the United States. That was a very sad time in our lives. We have lost many pets since then. You just have to remember them in spirit and know they are always living in our hearts and the people's hearts that they affected. Hugs go out to you...think of all the great times he gave you. He would want you to remember him that way, sweetheart.
Oh Karolina I am so sorry! I want to give you a big hug! Watching you go through this made my eyes leaky too! Milky Way was a beautiful bird. You know, I used to have one almost like him, but my bird was named Twinkles. He was a little bit darker blue but he had lots of white and black feathers too. He had a friend that was yellow and green and his name was Chirpy! (how original right?) I was about your age when I had those two birds and I loved them too! My grandpa also loved those birds and he also had a ton of pigeons at his house so my parents decided that grandpa should take my birds home because he loved them so much. I was very sad but he did take good care of them and they lived a few more years after he took them to his house. I never saw them again because he lived far away from me. I still remember them though and you will do the same, first, because Milky Way was your first pet and also because you spent a lot of time training him to sit on your fingers, feeding him, cleaning his cage and so on. Those are all special memories that are tucked away in your heart forever. One thing you need to remember is that Milky Way flew to the Rainbow Bridge, where all pets go when they leave this earth. He will wait for you there and he will be healthy and happy and fly everywhere and when your time comes to leave this world, you will see him at the Rainbow Bridge and he will be so happy and excited to see you and will fly right to you and sit on your fingers again. Nikolay - thank you for being such a wonderful daddy to your children. Allowing Karolina to grieve over her beloved bird and validating her feelings, helping her to prepare him for burial and helping her bury him afterwards, will help her aching heart to heal. It shows how much you care about her feelings and bring her closure after losing her sweet little bird. It is always hard to watch your child grieve but it is important that you let her feel what she needs to right now and just be there to support her. You and Ella are amazing parents and so loving and nurturing towards your beautiful children. I'm so sorry your sweet Karolina and Leo had to face this loss today but with you there to listen, comfort and love them unconditionally, will go a long way towards their healing. I know little Leo may not feel the same way as Karolina does because he's still so young but he's a smart little boy and he seems to understand what has happened. I thought it was so cute how he comforted Karolina. He is a precious little boy and so is adorable Nicholas. I love watching your videos and while I'm sad for Karolina, and I feel her pain, I know she will be okay because she has you and her mother for comfort. I am a cat rescuer in Georgia and I have lost many cats over the years, so I understand very well what she is going through and it doesn't matter how many times you go through something like this, it always hurts as much as the first time because our pets are like family. I wish I could give Karolina a little kitten to love. I have 6 of them that are 4 months old but I live in Georgia so that wouldn't be practical. I'm sure she would take very good care of it though.
