Think it is in the Air... (Look up mesmerism: "To exercise mesmerism on; to affect another person, such as to heal or soothe, through animal magnetism.")
Great reaction video 👍🏻 Yngwie has been my favorite along side Jake E. Lee since the beginning of my teens! Both can do crazy shit on guitars live while looking really good ❤️
With Yngwie Malmsteen, the link between metal and classocal music is ever so clear. It's a fact that many people that many classical musicians really like metal music. It has the same roots. The aria of the classical numbers are not performed by a guitarrist.
And he wrote this song when he was 17 years old. I would recommend another neoclassical guitarist to you guys:Katsu Ohta is an almost unknown Japanese guitarist, super fast and super clean. Check this out:a demostration to Young Guitar Magazine, song called Time Fuse: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-PlwB5oFY2Zo.htmlsi=cQyRnu3l3QzzCQ2m
A fantastic guitarist from the 80s. My personal favourite of the XXth Century. If you want to listen to a couple of Australian guitarists, from two very different music styles: Plini, "Electric Sunrise" (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-oNFXnFAKqAE.html) and Stephanie Jones, "Bach's Prélude BWV1006" (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-VyySAFA2En8.html).
You should check out Swedens latest composer, (what i know of at least), who've made a big name for himself internationally. Ludwig Göransson. He's been doing all the music for the show 'The Mandalorian' including the famous theme song to the show. But too me, even though i did not enjoy the show all that much, the best score he has composed is the theme for 'Boba Fett', since it is heavily influenced by the songs and music from the 80s Astrid Lindgren movie 'Ronja Rövardotter'. That is my childhood right there and i wouldn't be surprised if every Swede knows the songs from this movie and most Swedes would sing a long to it if the opportunity arose. He have absolutely captured the essence of real Swedish music.
Yngwie was my favourite musician from 1988 all the way up until 2020, and he's still one of the people I listen to the most. Absolutely amazing player, but a better musician than many give him credit for. Who's my favourite now? Well, I noticed that you mentioned Japan, and I wondered if you'd heard of the amazing Japanese metal band Lovebites? Seeing as you said you recognised some classical pieces, I thought I'd recommend this live performance of their song called Swan Song, which has a Chopin piano solo intro performed by one of the guitarists. Yes, they're that talented: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-dcMVtrvpJpk.html
Please do reaction videos for metal guitarist DAVID T. CHASTAIN. His albums Instrumental Variations, Within The Heat, and Elegant Seduction are awesome! 🎸🔥🔥🔥🔥
Yngve is good but in the end, excuse the French, it’s only guitar mastrubation and it gets boring after a while. It’s not enough just to be skilled on an instrument if you can’t do something more then show off. 😉😎
