Thank you so much for bringing us to this event! I enjoyed being able to see all the offerings that were available this year! My favorite food is anything Latin American, especially exclusives delicacies from my origin country of Ecuador (llapingacho, cheesy noodle soup with potatoes & eggs, and cheese-filled empanadas). Seeing all these different type of items reminded me that my college offers a class about intentional cuisine, and I want to take it next fall even though I am graduating from the cooking program this May.
