They are extremely versatile artists when you dive in past the surface. Their music is incredibly eclectic in style, genre blending and language (Korean, Japanese and English, plus a little splash of Spanish here and there) Their English songs have a different vibe to their Korean and Japanese work, and that allows them to never remain stagnant and complacent, they are an 9 year old group that continually improves and expands on their own skillset, allowing them to broaden their discography (keeping it fresh and exciting for Monbebe) This thirst for freshness and range has shaped them into the incredible all rounders in the industry that they are. They also have a time travel concept running throughout a large quantity of their music, so you'll actually find that their music often has a fusion of old school/retro vibes, mixed with more current and 'futuristic' edge (experimental/EDM etc) Nothing holds them back when it comes to their music and artistry, and they are often known for pioneering a trend well before it eventually becomes popular, and they have become the idols of and have influenced many 4th and 5th Gen idols for these reasons.
I have been waiting for you guys to do monsta x. Thank you discord for recommending it :) there originally was 7 members. Now there is six. Wonho former member had to leave but he has a successful solo career. Our rap line is also the maknae line. And the taller guy who had the watches he’s a sub rapper he pretty much does it all lol. The rappers jooheon and IM along with hyungwon the one who does Everything pretty much they are the primary song writers. This song to this day is still my favorite song by them. And yes this does have a storyline. Dramarama is the first video in the time travel storyline. The one who did the high note adlibs is our main vocalist kihyun. Monsta x is third gen they been around for 9 years going on 10. They are also the inspiration to a lot of 4th gen groups. The leader of stray kids bangchan he is an old roommate of monsta x leader shownu. So they know each other very well. And jongho the youngest in ateez the map in vocalist his favorite group is monsta x. A lot of fourth gen looks up to monsta x. Specially jooheon one of the lead rappers in this video he had the blonde hair. Monsta x has a variety of songs. They go hard with there title tracks. They also have b sides that are described as gold. They have ballad songs. There is a song with just the rappers called Sambakja they have it all. They also have English songs. They are the first kpop group to release two full English albums I’m not sure if it’s within ten or twenty years. But if you look up who first released a full English album in kpop monsta x shows up. They are very respectful and love everyone. The fandom name is called monbebe French for my baby. The fandom is probably one of the most chill fans you could find. Of course there is some toxic fans everyone fandom has them. But I have not come across a toxic monsta x fan yet. Most of them are in the military. Coming back next year. One member will be back in late sept early Oct. I really hope you guys react to them more. Some title tracks for you guys just Incase. Rush hour, gambler, and love killa. B sides mercy, stuck, destroyer (part of the dramrama storyline and one of the important ones to see for the story), nobody else (goes with the song mercy),and burning up. IVE (4th gen) and Monsta X(3rd gen) are from same company (Starship Entertainment) Monsta. X used to be 7 members now they are 6 (1 had to leave because of a situation he was in before becoming part of the group.) Even though he is not part of the group anymore we og mobebe's still love him. He's a soloist now so do check him out). Currently members are enlisted in army so it is probably nice time to get into them till we see them back together. Love to see ur reaction of more groups from Starship. ❤❤❤❤❤
You should check out Beautiful Liar, that was their most recent song. All but 2 members are in the military right now serving their mandatory time. The Leader already did his military service and came back and the youngest hasn't gone yet. Joohoney is one of the rappers and he has a song called Freedom that he released right before going to the military, and IM the youngest released a solo album recently and it's amazing. The title track is Lure. As someone else said you can't go wrong with their title tracks, but their b-sides is where it's at. I recommend checking out Love which is a title track that JooHoney wrote and produced.
Monsta X has one of the best rap lines in Kpop. Not just because of their skills but they compliment eachother so well. Joohoney has a higher pitch tone with an almost nasty sounding flow while I.M has that deep, gravely voice. And yes, they both write their own rap verses. Joohoney is also the main producer for Monsta X but they all take part in writing & producing. If you're interested you should check out I.M's solo EP "Duality" as well as "Overdrive". He produced it himself and it kinda has an underground feel to it.
I ❤❤❤ MONSTA X soooooo much!!! 🥰 I'm so happy you guys are checking them out!!! 🤗 Here are some of their more recent videos, but there is nothing super new with all of them together, because they are still doing their military service, so although all the members have been active, they've kind of been doing stuff in bits and pieces (like solos or sub-units) until they are reunited after service time. KISS OR DEATH (2021) GAMBLER (2021) Rush Hour (2021) Love Killa (2020) Fantasia (2020) Yes, the MX Rapline (Joohoney and I.M - Joohoney was the more aggressive one 🤭❤️🐝) is friggin' ELITE, top, world-class level!!! Definitely considered amongst the very best in all of K-pop!!! They also both have quite a bit of solo stuff out, and it's all so good!!! But definitely check out their live concert version (@JAYZEE940 has it with English subtitles) of "Sambakja"!!! 🤯😱 I think you guys will really love this one, because you were interested in hearing different types of Korean rap styles, and this is a really cool, more unique example, although Joohoney and I.M literally just always kill every one of their parts, every time!!! 😉 Also, MX members are very involved with their music and most of them are involved with production and song writing, etc. (increasingly more in later years), but Joohoney does the most in terms of producing, composing, song writing for them (he is so amazing on literally every level!), followed by I.M, and then Hyungwon (one of the vocalists). Re. Number of members, there were 7 before, but now they are 6, and the other one (Wonho) is now a successful soloist (def. check him out! 😍). Him leaving was kind of this whole fiasco, but it was none of the members fault actually, and they are all still totally on good terms, it just became kind of a political PR type thing. Anyways, most real fans (Monbebe) will always love him and consider him part of MONSTA X, but since 2019, now it is officially 6 members. Trivia tidbit - MONSTA X and SEVENTEEN debuted a week apart (in May of 2015, so both 3rd generation) and are really good friends with each other, from then and still to this day!!! They have the sweetest and most supportive friendship!!! It's really endearing! 🥰 I'm Korean, so I've been listening to Korean music literally my entire life, and SEVENTEEN & MONSTA X are probably my 2 favorite groups EVER!!! They are both just really extra, extra, extra special, like one of those 1 in a thousand+ type groups. There is more talent in those 20 (13 + 7) guys, than there is in like 200+ other regular-average idols!!! (Not to put any other idol down at all!!! It's just that most of these guys are crazy all-rounders at the top, top, top, top of the game!) 😘👍🏻
Monsta x was my first concert and I stanned them in the first yr that I was a kpop stan. I absolutely love them and thank u for watching Dramarama. I would say this is in my top 5 from Monsta x.
I absolutely love Monsta X. I have still yet to find a bias lol 😂 their rap duo is one of my top favs and Kihyun ughhh. I will just stop myself I can not pick between them. Even though they have gained a little more popularity I still feel they are underrated. Hope to see more reactions to them

They’ve influenced sonically and aesthetically a lot of younger groups. They have amazing rappers, vocalists, are amazing performers on stage, produce a ton, and have a really excellent discography! Originally 7 members now there is 6 Wonho the one with sitting in the chair getting the watch taken off him and smashed left due to false allegations and now he has gone solo. But the rappers are the Jooheon (Joohoney) one with the growling vocals and I.M are the best combo for rappers in K-pop groups. A lot of the other rappers have learnt to be like them. They have awesome light stick version 2 is the one most of us Monbebe love most. Monsta X means My Star in French and the fandom name is Monbebe means My Bebe in French. All their music are bangers even their solo stuff.
We need a Monsta X reaction I feel like they would LOVE them, esp if they really like aggressive raps. Monsta X are 3rd gen boy group that debuted under starship entertainment in 2015 I believe. They were formed through a survival program called No Mercy. If you really like the rapping in boy groups and a more aggressive tone or style of music I think you’d really enjoy them though they also have their more laid back chill melodic stuff as well.
