We native Dutch speakers use 'hey' a lot at the end of our sentences. It is used to ask for confirmation when you say something, like 'right' or 'isn't it' is used in English. When speaking English, it looks like we still use the same word haha.

Sommige renners gaan er beter op als andere, ik weet dat ik toen ik nog fietste het altijd wel beter vond als iemand een beetje met power stond te motiveren. Team zal het wel weten welke renners het wel graag willen en welke niet.

In het filmpje wordt ook nog eens waardevolle info gegeven op een duidelijke manier. Ach, makkelijk afkraken hier. 99% zeker niks maar dan ook niks sportiefs bereikt in hun leven waarschijnlijk.
