Same here, gosh! My mom had breast cancer, thankfully she's cancer free since couple of days ago. This movie was how I thought my life would've been if my mom couldn't survive. Thank goodness she's a fighter
@@anna6625 indeed your mom is a fighter, along with every single person who had won their fight against cancer. I hope she is doing great, God bless her!!!
I got teary just watching the trailer. I do not think I will be able to handle the movie. This is a movie I definitely will have to watch alone so I won't have to hide my tears.
My wife and I saw this movie, i didn't expect to relive my sisters death from 18 years ago. This is a true story from a guy his wife and friend went through. Read the book!
i feel like this movie will make me laugh and cry and then go on an emotional rollercoaster and feel more emotions than I have felt in the past year in the span of it.
For anyone thinking about watching this movie- DO IT! Especially if you enjoy bawling your eyes out continuously! Cancer movies rock! Sobbing is necessary!
@@alliemv, but she’s here ALSO married to this other dude and living a double life. Might be a kink, might be cheating... Who knows? 🤷🏾♀️But hey! As long as a safe word is involved I’m cool.
As I recently lost my best friend, and I have only one high school friend left (and I already told him that he may expect me nagging him till we are too old to be senile), I think I will watch it and sob thinking about this ideal friendship
OMG!!! What a movie.... Just loved all of them...its soo nice to watch Dakota's graph going up...her versatility ... OMG!! Movie was soo good I had to watch Tom and Jerry to be back to normal....and the saturation moment came when I heard Dakota singing ' if I had the world to give...' God this lady is quite something ❤️❤️❤️❤️go on DJ ❤️❤️❤️youu ❤️❤️
This hits close to home I'm currently going through this myself with my mother who has lung and brain cancer. The first time I saw this commercial I was in public and I started to tear up and I'm not a emotional guy
@@calm1047 btw she's an amazing person with a highly skilled character. Her emotions and smile can change everything. This is why she deserves an oscar.
@@calm1047 I am not a fan of her but she is a versatile actress she will get one of not for this one she will get one in the future you are the one who needs to relax before you had a heart attack with jealousy
I’m so glad they didn’t typecast Dakota. She did 50 shades but I don’t see her as the girl from that. It’s so easy to get lost in film series. Like with Kristen Stewart.. it seems like it doesn’t matter what she does I’ll always see her as Bella. Idk if it’s her acting style or what but Dakota is magic.
Why is Dakota Johnson cast as someone who could have 2 kids at her age? Hollywood really likes to age up the actresses once they reach a certain age :/
looking to expand my movie knowledge. Can some point me to a tearjerker movie of someone POC dying in a similar vein to this. Just struggling to think of one. I can think of numerous sad, beautiful white-centric cast movies in this genre. NOt stirring just genuinely interested.
