Great multi tasking mate I never thought watching someone making a fry could be so entertains and funny when Sharon moved to the side and she said I'm moving incase you do that moving of your head , Priceless you must keep that bit in when you taste the food and the saxophone music plays is brilliant you have to keep that in the videos . Being a life long veggie due to severe food allergies and being English there are three meals that always smelt wonderful when being cooked that I really missed eating. A full English, crackling and battered cod! I did get close when dear old Linda McCartney launched her veggie sausages I used to have them with beans, fried bread, mushrooms and brown sauce!

My favourite way of cooking flat mushrooms is to start them black side down, then load them with chunks of Stilton when I turn them over. - Wonderful!!

I always cook the bacon and sausage on a tray in the oven gas mk6 for 30-40 minutes . Could even do the black pudding as well. Also for abit of a twist add a little wostershire sauce to the mushrooms when frying

For me those sausages were borderline…you needed a bit of oil or lard to help with browning the skin evenly….I might have to give the English mustard a try…that sounds interesting 🤔

i use to get black pud from tesco and it had a bit of a kick now just bland? so now i get haggis from Morrison slice it cook as black pod lots of spice

Minor criticism, more distance between the eggs and the beans. I may want to mix them but I want that to be my decision. Use a sausage as a breakwater. But Im nit-picking, on the whole, a very good effort - 7 on 10 👌👌

Re your bacon is all the bits they put in your food today. Ie water go make it swell up. So like you always say you can’t beat going to your butchers. Your quality is always so much better isn’t it. Smoked things always seem to have more fluid in them as well. Ice looking brunch anyway.

That fry up looks so nice no mushrooms on mine I don't like them oh you can't beat a good Lincolnshire sausage they are my favorite .Martin your right the was no water or white stuff that came out of bacon cos bacon was cut on a machine they but the side of bacon on the machine you got the back bacon and streaky bacon all in one it was called Rhoded bacon I worked in a shop and the boss every morning cut bacon on the side the neck end of bacon was called collar bacon and the leg end was the ham but used to ask me to get a bacon joint for 10 shilling and thd boss used to cut a piece of the pigs side at the top end and the piece was massive 10 shilling is 50p in today's money bacon was bacon back in the late 60s I think it was only in the 90s they put water and preserved bacon I think morrisons sell proper bacon on the butchers shelf not the rubbish bacon of today love to you and Sharon love fran xxxxx

yeah i realised that after my comment bud lol.martin ave you ever cooked english breakfast in a cast iron pan/cookware? food tastes so much better mate!! i use caste iron skillet all the time. Alec
