Our favorites included: Game- Skyjo, Hogwarts Battle Books- listening to the entire HP series on audio❤, Very Very Far North, entire Percy Jackson series, Ravenmaster's Secret, Nim's Island and Odder! I really liked a Following Directions workbook I got for my daughter from rainbow resources. We also loved the Percy Jackson and Greek myths unit❤ other extras we loved were Mindware Mystery Mosaics. They are like a color by number that reveals a hidden image. My daughter also loved the Famous Figures historical paper dolls. For activity/building kits we have long loved UGears building kits. Our latest were amazing marble runs. We also discovered Wise Elk building block construction kits. I wasn't sure they would like the fact they are glued or id that would make them difficult or unstable, but they thoroughly enjoyed them!
We tried Mind Benders this past year and it was a HUGE hit with my older daughter. I've had Sherlock Express in my amazon cart forever and just need to purchase it. Odder was such a cute book and my 11 year old son loved the Amari books.
I love Mildliners too! The Viking Quest series was a favorite of ours this year as a family read aloud during our year focus on Medieval times. Science Shepherd was another big hit for my 2nd and 3rd grader this year.
