The minuses we found are: you don't know how much diesel is left in the tank and a good thing to start with is to fill the tank, what is not made by Kubota rusts fast, often looses bolts, so we are installing new bolts on locktite, fuel filters are installed at wrong level and if air gets in the system it's very hard to remove. The main pump is too small. Warranty is only on the papers so if something breaks be ready to fix it yourself. But for this price it is okay.
