The story of "Our Illusion" was created by a meeting in "The LPC Filmmakers' Association" club on 9/6/24. The goal for all members in this club, was to film a short film in 8 hours (before midnight). Everyone partnered up in groups. I (Satchel Williams) partnered up with just Archer Pann (The club president).
We were assigned a Genre (picked by spinning a wheel) - Romance
A line of dialogue we had to use - "Look who's back"
A prop to include - Keychain
And a specific action - Take off a shoe & putting on a shoe
Around an hour in, we finished the script. Two hours in we were starting production, filming at a location overlooking Pleasanton. We called wrap on the production around 11 pm. The film was finally finalized/edited at 10 pm on Sunday 9/8/24. Only now, we had to wait until this next film meeting to post it publicly. We enjoyed making this film. I hope you enjoy watching it.
