We are two years in, and some of our barrel-aged beer is ready for bottling. Because this is the first time doing this, we decided to call in a pro. Declan, from Otter Bank Brewing, has been barrel-ageing and blending for many years, and we are grateful for his invaluable knowledge and skills for this stage.
Declan runs through some of the beers and steps to get these unique beers bottled and ready for the world to try.
We are really impressed with the flavours and aromas so far. These are undoubtedly magical, and beer enthusiasts are going to be blown away.
