In today's episode, we bring you along on one of the CRAZIEST travel days of our lives (and we TRULY mean it). Who could've imagined that we'd run into one of the most wonderful characters of our travels in the middle of the desert...

After two days of exploring Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, we hopped on a flight to the north of the country. We landed in Tabuk, where we rented a car and started driving south toward Wadi Disah and Al Ula. It was on the way there that we had our unexpected encounter...

We are Oskar & Dan, two boys from Sweden who decided to change the course of our lives, drop out of university and live life full-time. We're planning to visit every country in the world eventually, with an initial goal of 100 before the end of 2022. By the time of posting this video, we're both 24 :)

He gives you olive oil to express to you the extent of his respect and appreciation for you, and this expresses their generosity and their lack of thought about the value of what is given, as what matters to them is your happiness and satisfaction, as well as most Saudis. The olive oil is so expensive here in KSA especially that was homemade.. In the end, we welcome you and wish you the best for you have wonderful days in KSA👍🏼..

As an American protestant, it is wonderful to travel in a Muslim country. My travels in Morocco have given me the opportunity to appreciate the Islamic tenant of being welcoming to strangers and travelers. Berber and nomad culture extends genuine hospitality to outsiders and everyone is welcome around the fire. The scenery here is gorgeous and reminds me of the Atlas Mountains in Morocco. I hope when you go you'll sleep in the Sahara. It will be the most astounding night sky you've ever seen.

Hassan and his father have spontaneously demonstrated how it looks when you are hosted by Saudi locals. Guests are always prioritized and treated very well.

Our religion Islam taught us these things. In Islam, the guest is honored for three days. He sleeps, eats and drinks without paying anything. He does not need to be a Muslim. We welcome everyone of all colours, religions and other cultures. This is what we have been taught since childhood in school to welcome everyone and treat them well even if you don't have anything just welcome them and smile so I am proud to be born a Saudi Muslim girl🇸🇦🇸🇦الحمدلله 🙌🏻

This is what our Islamic religion commands us. We have been taught these things since childhood. We open our homes, feed and drink them, and make them sleep in our homes for three days without any payment. So much and the beauty that this Islamic religion has taught us, I say this only because I am proud to be a Saudi Muslim girl who grew up in this beautiful religion and a country that welcomes and helps everyone with love and pleasure.🇸🇦🇸🇦

Honestly, all other travelers will envy you guys for having this experience of being hosted a 16-year old local. And Hassan did incredibly well. The love, respect he showed is incredible and it clearly tells about the Saudi people. Despite the fact that he lives in the middle of the desert, his father is sending him to school and is raising him well. And thank you guys for taking time out of your schedule to honor Hassan's request and spending some hours with him. He will remember this all his life. :))

I am a tribal saudi and i visit these local regions from time to time You too, gave Hassan an excellent experience As you can see there no much activities there. I’m from Saudi Arabia and this video is completely incredible!!! Even though I’m Saudi and I still haven’t seen those places before! By the way, Hassan is really amazing guy and he basically was trying to do some drifting while you were in the car 😂😂

@@TheAbsol7448 Yes, we want 100 million tourists a year, but we don't want non-Muslims to enter Makkah and Medina because this is our Holy place Islam does not want any non-Muslim person to go to Medina or Makkah and know nothing about Islam in order not to corrupt it
