Our landlord didn't give a crap
Pretty much 1 year ago now, I got the call from our Landlord at the time who informed me that we would have to leave the property within 8 weeks. This was devastating news, but when it came down to getting our Deposit back he wanted us to pay over £4k so he could refurbish the super dated property.
What really shocked us though was that the Real Estate Agent was in on it as well and signed off on all the false accusations and asked us to pay over £4k.
Until today I do not comprehend how they were capable of agreeing to signing such documents and doing this to a family they just made homeless going through financial hardship while also suffering with Mental health and constant physical pain.
