Greetings from the UK! I found your channel through the force carbonation video. I just wanted to know how, and your video had the info, and entertainment, so I subscribed! There is so much bullshit out there that portrays homebrewing as some mysterious art that is beyond human comprehension, and I love how you cut the crap and tell people what they need to know.

A buddy and I have been doing extract but grew barley and nugget hop for a spin off of a California Common. Your vids were essential in giving us the beta we needed to start into all grain. Mishaps aside, our 'common' turned out amazing! I enjoy your vids for their humor, but really appreciate them for the honest content and references. I hope you keep this in all your future vids as they get better and more polished. Btw, I used to do pro productions and truly, the suck band concept only ads to your credibility. Now, I swing a hammer too and really appreciate the time it takes to make a vid after a day hustling lumber. I hope you can find time to balance both. Im in Phoenix and we should hang out some time (no homo, no serial killer) I love BBQ and beer festivals..would like to see you do some of that content Cooking food and pairing beers still works (basically all I watch is food and beer content) Keep writing shit down! Do one ferment and one how-to a month? That way you have most of the month to edit brew day and take your time, record the recipe and what not. But be honest. This is crap or not, and how to fix it. Make a hiliarious H4L scale. When it comes to brew days, you kind of hit it on the head, it's boring. I'd like to see more tips of how it's easy to screw up this or that, common errors, etc with a H4L chaotic, comical twist.
