Medical facilities are worst in Goa. Private rates are exorbitantly high.. Doctors are not good at Thier work Senior citizens and ppl with morbidities should avoid Goa..

Bro , in tourist season, North is more crowded compare to South...means more business...You can live on rent in Bicholim which is 14 km from Panjim via Ferry...check it out
