As a Catholic my faith does pull me through but nobody can tell me not to go visit my son. I KNOW HIS SOUL IS NOT THERE. I know this. But his presence is! And I will never miss a day never.

In fact the women never left the tomb of Jesus. When Mary Magdalene continued to go every day, she finally saw the angel who told her he is not here, he has risen. Only then did she see the vault open and ran to tell others. But she went for three days and mourned.

Personally, may mga points na hindi ako agree sa concept ng purgatory at dun sa syntax na ito: "If Jesus wanted to condemn this teaching commonly taught in Israel, he was not doing a very good job of it according to St. Matthew’s Gospel." Bagaman ang opinion ko does not matter, as a believer of Christ Jesus hindi rightful na sabihin nating Jesus is not doing a good job. Dagdag na din natin na sana nagcite si sir Tim Staples ng specific bible verse sa statement niya na according nga sa Gospel ni Matthew yaon. Hindi ako well-versed sa Holy Bible pero thanks be to God for sending Holy Spirit para tulungan akong umunawa. Nakabase sa Macabeo at sa practices na din ng mga Jews (noon & ngayon) kung bakit naging tradisyon na ang magdasal para sa mga patay tama po ba? Kaso nga lang po hanggang kailan po tayo dapat magdasal para sa patay? Purgatory is just like a total cleansing area for us to be thoroughly clean in order to enter heaven as stated in the bible that no one can enter unless perfectly clean kana. So para lang purification area po sya. Sorry Hindi ako magaling sa bible citings but surely meron syang verses tungkol dito from the bible po. Dati hndi ko alam gagawin ko pero si Lord alam nya plan nya for us... don't ever question him just trust him . May dahilan kng bakit natin yan na experience... try to live your day dhan dahan mong i accept, hndi man. If you believe that purgatory is a false doctrine 1) You need to read the bible, with Jesus' help, which will lead you to the TRUTH! 2) If you truly believe in life everlasting, and you are, indeed, as arrogant to believe that human beings can go straight to heaven and are, therefore totally without sin at the hour of their death, then I'm afraid that you are totally mistaken. We all need divine forgiveness for un absolved sins. Purgatory is that part of heaven where our unclean souls are purified by His divine love as only He has has the almighty power, majesty and dominion to do this. Only the devil would have us believe otherwise!
