Hubby and I have been married for 47 years. One thing that I noticed, especially after we were both saved, that as we grew in the LORD we also grew in our marriage and the little things that used to make us both nuts, we just let them go. So wonderful that as believers we can call out to God for help in the heat of the moment, asking for help to die to self, forgive, have compassion, etc. His Holy Spirit dwells in us. and gives strength in the moment to obey Him even when our flesh doesn't want to. I just know I need the Lord and want to be close to Him so I need time with Him and reading His Word-- to be changed, to be like Him. Love your music!! May God continue to strengthen your relationship with Him and each other!! I encourage you to take time during the day, each day, for 10 to 15 minutes, to talk with each other. Check in and share how you are doing, blessings and challenges, what the Lord is teaching you, what you appreciate about your spouse, etc., not talking about kids, finances, etc. The older boys can help with the little ones for 15 minutes. Happy anniversary!! And God bless you all!! Love seeing the boys in your videos!!

THAT WAS HILARIOUS AND QUITE INSIGHTFUL!!! What a challenge and I applaud you both and your kids for sticking through it till the end. My 3 boys and I were laughing sooo much but I still took away from the video the advices and really felt like I wasn't the only one who feels the same way in my marriage at times. Happy Anniversary! Those were some interesting questions and a very heated discussion. That hot sauce challenge was not something that my husband or I would have been able to do so I'll give you both kudos for your efforts. It was so funny at the end to see everyone run, I'm assuming for more milk. Poor Elijah would have still been sitting there if it hadn't been for Forest helping him down before he made a run for the kitchen. What a great big brother! Hope you all got some relief.
