Just found you guys recently. I went to school with Kara and Nate..they were a couple grades above me so I didn't really know them. Although..I did try out for cheerleading one time and Kara was the cheerleader that was teaching me how to cheer. (I was awful tho lol) I remember seeing her around school tho and she was exactly like she is now. Anyway..I'm obsessed with you guys now too! I found you just a couple days ago and cant tell you how many videos I've watched so far. I'm glad I found this one cuz I've wanted to know your story so much! You guys are amazing. The Travel Beans and Kinging it are some of my new favorites ❤️ I love the videos, the positive energy, and I'm slowly learning about everyone's past and it's really helpful and it's honestly really strong and incredible how far you've come and your RU-vid community is so passionate and thankful for these videos and the honesty. ❤️

My husband and I could get on each other’s nerves after only two weeks in our motor home, so I can’t imagine what it takes for you to be so positive and loving, full time. Going through such harrowing experiences must have created such a powerful bond!

Wow, I'm so glad everything has worked out for you! I do understand how those sort of experiences can change your life. When I was 23, a few months after my daughter's birth, I started getting flashes going on and off in my left eye. I didn't think much of it at the time, but after a few months I finally went to the doctor. He said to me, if you don't have a surgery now, you will go blind. It turns out I had a retinal detachment in my left eye and retinal tears in both. The recovery wasn't pleasant to say the least, but at least nowhere near as hard as what I imagine you went through and I managed to keep my eyesight. I had to give up studying for a law degree though. It kick started panic attacks that lasted for about 6 months and depression that lasted for years (I've been free from it for 3 years now!) A few months later, the 3 of us where in a car accident. Me and our daughter were fine, but a week later, my husband's eyesight kept dissapearing. We rushed to the A&E. In the accident one of his arteries in the neck had torn and he had carotid artery detachment, he was getting mini strokes, which caused his eyesight to go off. It also took a while to recover, but he fully recovered from it, baffling the doctors. The thing is I wouldn't change anything about those experiences, because they really did teach us a lot about ourselves, each other and the importance of life! I wish you both all the best in the world! And I can't wait to keep watching your journey!

Dear Aimee and Craig. When I first got interested in vanlife I subscribed to your channel. For some reason, in all the chaos of rapidly subscribing to and unsubscribing from vanlife channels in the first few weeks you fell victim to the red pencil. I found you again through Tania and Adam and quickly rectified that mishap. 😉 I'm very much interested in getting my own van in the hopefully not too distant future. One of the biggest hurdles is convincing my wife of it. She's said yes already but I can tell her heart is not in it. It is very much my dream, not hers. I'm trying to awaken the spark in her by watching vanlife videos. I'm literally spending hours a day during the pandemic watching all kinds of vanlife channels but the only two my wife will watch with me are "Jits into the Sunset" and now "Kinging It". That's a huge compliment. 👍🏽😁 We're watching your newest playlist together right now (Scotland) but myself I'm also interested in how it all began and that's why I'm here. I can relate with so many of your life changing experiences. My oldest daughter had her first tumor (then benign) taken out of her left breast when she was only 16. The second one (when she was 21) was malignant and spread aggressively. She and we as a family went through the most terrifying time of our lives. She's been cancer free now for almost 3 years. My best friend fell out of a window when he was young and broke his neck. He also was fitted with that halo-watchacallit device. So, you see I'm pretty familiar with what you went through (though not through my own experience). I'll watch all your vanlife videos first, because that is what I'm really interested in, but I'll probably try some of your earlier adventure videos too (didn't know you were the ones who made that "fish" video). You are so inspiring with your “It always seems impossible until it’s done (~ Nelson Mandela) " attitude. Anyway, I'm rambling on again (I tend to do that a lot). I'm glad I found my way back to you guys. You're such a refreshing change in this often very grey world we live in. Even when you talk about the less desirable aspects of your life, you inspire, mainly because you keep it real. I hope I'll get my van one day and that we meet on the road. I'm also in Cardiff almost once every year (my sister-in-law lives there with her husband) and would love to meet up next time I come over (hopefully we'll be able to again soon) if you'll be in the area by any chance. 🙂 All the best to you and thank you ever so much for providing us with so many hours of brilliant entertainment! 🙏🏽😌
