Our neighborhood being poisned 

I was woke up at 6:20am on Sunday April 17th to the sound of two helicopters shaking my walls. They were both flying extremely low, one of the equipped with a spray bar. The helicopter with the spray bar was spraying poison to eliminate gypsy moths. However nobody in the neighborhood was notified of this, my neighbor across the street was out watching with her infant child unaware poison was being sprayed... We were left completely in the dark about this. This went on for around an hour or so...
