you made an excellent video, and that view is quite good! It looked like there were some even taller apartments nearby, I'd be interested in a high rise because I grew up in Lakeland Florida a lot less expensive than a high rise apartment in NYC.
looks simular to the element (tampa) XD they tried getting us on the 18 or 32-second floor and even add 2 free months! 1800 (like 3 years ago) I don't wanna know how much it cost nowadays!
@@jeffferguson69 Yeh man just like any city downtown its not going to be cheap, but they have deals on like a couple months free rent etc which helps in the long run when you do the math. Also we are only paying couple $100 more a month then we were previously 30 mins outside Tampa, except now we have a lot more to do around us and places to walk and eat.
Yes you are right I guess I could have mentioned rent, however rent does fluctuate a lot and if someone is watching this video in a year or two it could be very different. The building also throws out different deals from time to time, like a month or two's free rent when you sign up, which ended up being the deciding factor for me and my girl when we were looking for an apartment.
