Your videos are nice and informative thanks 👍 we live in UK and after brixit buying property is not easy first you have to buy company and if you buy flat there is no heating system and paying tax is more high please guide us what is real way to move there

I do believe that the RU-vidrs 'Our Derelict Dream' would be better placed to answer as I think they actually help people buy properties too.

I don't believe it is mold, no bad smells or anything. That part of the house is underground as it's built on a slight hill. Previous owner used it as food storage and was shelved out. I'm not entirely sure what it is but we will remove that black stuff as it pretty much breaks off when you touch it anyway. The lower part of the wall is built with stones. I am thinking to dig down on the outside of the wall to the foundation and rest a sheet against the building and try and put some sort of French drain type drain down. And on the inside we can put some sort of damp protection blocker on the wall and use a suitable type of plaster. Haven't made any firm decisions yet as that will be the last room in the house to be sorted 👍

Hi Richard. Yes we are living here now. We use a gas bottle with two rings for cooking, shower with hot water and a jug, and use a very basic toilet of which the less said about is the better 😁 We are getting there.
Thanks Dave. And thanks for being our 100th subscriber, really over the moon to have so many. We bought it direct from someone. We didn't use an agent. We spent a few weeks driving all over, stopping and speaking to locals. My wife is Bulgarian which obviously helps. This house wasn't advertised anywhere and the man we bought it from is living here as a neighbour still 😁
