Thanks very much for watching and taking the time to comment! We think it will be ok - the felt we used is actually thick liner used to protect pong liners from puncturing. We've had a few loose darts (surprise!) and they literally hang in it like a catch net. At most, the tip of the point just gets through. Time will tell, but so far, so good!
