Am I the only one who has noticed how much Shane has grown mentally. Even just the slightest bit. I’ve been watching him for about 5 years. But in this video I noticed how he made no negative jokes about himself and he seemed so much happier. He’s thinking about growing a family and getting the perfect house. I feel so happy for him

I am so happy Morgan has decided get the hell out of LA. Her heart is to kind for that crap hole.

I think a move is what they need. LA is so toxic, everyone knows them, they seem so happy there. It’s very remote, very relaxing, and perfect for starting their family.

Honestly I’m so glad that a lot of RU-vidrs are moving away from the toxicity and having a semi online presence with less “party culture” and more finding genuine happiness.

For Shane's mental health I hope you guys get this house. Being out of LA for the first time in his life surrounded by a big supportive family will help Shane like nothing else

This house gives me the forever home vibe that their current house never gave me when they toured it. I knew that their current house was a nice house, but it didn’t give me “this is home” vibes. I love this and I think that they could live happily ever after in it.

This house is EVERYTHING and so much MORE! What a dream! I always tell people: if you can afford it, ALWAYS say YES to adventure! Especially if your gut is telling you to do it!

Could you imagine just waking up one day and being able to say “hey let’s uproot and buy and nice huge house in a totally different state and start a new life”.

You know it seems Shane feels more comfortable in Colorado just by the way he’s so vocal and “in” the vlogs. Feel like it would be a great fresh start for them.

People who put in the work to learn and grow from their mistakes don’t deserve to be shoved in the dark and forgotten. I hope you guys see the support that is still with you ❤️

Please do not get any horses or ponies unless you have hired professionals to help you EVERYDAY AND EVERY NIGHT. I promise you will not want to put in the physical labor that horses REQUIRE to maintain their healthy, happiness, and comfort. Horses are SOOOO MUCH WORK, EXTREMELY expensive, and easy to kill If you don’t know what you’re doing.

Maybe Shane and you need this , need a new place to start over……. To let L.A go. To feel free and alive and happy again

Watching this 2 years later and am just heartwarmed at all the memories Shane and Ryland have created on this house. As they are moving around ooing and ahing, I can see Shane running down the stairs to show Ryland and us his office and making sure to twerk on the wall for us! Lol..or see Ryland desperatly try and make the Lucky Charms cheesecake or when Shane thought his jacket was on fire while he was sitting in front of the fireplace in thw loving room! Lol, these videos have been the most loving, sweet, and entertaining videos I've ever watched (including LA house 😊). So happy for you two (now four! Squee!). ❤️

Shane has blossomed so much in this home. I know Ryland misses LA, but this home has become such an important place in their lives. Their LA house is just that, a house. This CO house is a home. So happy for them and Morgan with the place they’re at in their lives right now.

While it may not be this house, you need to get out of California, and move closer to your family. You're so lucky that you have a great relationship with the whole family, and they accept Shane as theirs also. I agree that you don't want to raise your family in the LA area. this video fr changed my whole perspective on what would be my dream home. even all these months later I feel like it's still the most gorgeous house I've ever seen. the pure warm and welcoming cozy vibes the basement alone gives.. just picturing endless movie nights wrapped up in comfy blankets! genuinely this is the true definition of a dream home and I'm so happy that ryland and shane were able to make it theirs

I literally started crying when the deer walked across the hill. Whenever life gets hard I start to look for the deer and when I see them I know everything is going to be okay. They say that deer are a sign of good luck, good omens and that your spirit guides are watching over you. I even went as far as getting a tattoo of deer hoof prints to remind myself.
