Stay in a piece of Nashville's History! The 1865 is a pre-Civil War era building recently renovated into luxury apartments. Our unit is conveniently located on the first floor close to all amenities including pool and outdoor bar/entertainment area. The 1865 is centrally located within Nashville and easy access to the Gulch, Broadway, Music Row, or anywhere else you wish to go!
The space
The space is a unique industrial style modern loft that includes a master bedroom with a king bed, and a guest room with queen over queen bunks. The spacious living area also includes a very comfy pull-out couch! The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances you could need!
The building construction was complete in December '19 and there are still minor projects underway. Our unit is on the first floor of the building and includes every convenience you should need for your stay.
*The living room window backs up to common areas so please be aware of that when booking! Quiet hours set by the HOA are 10pm to 8am. There is also a train behind the property. They have to slow for a 5 mile stretch which includes behind the building.
