Its a pretty barren interior though. I guess its supposed to be minimalist type of design, but a few side pockets would have been a nice touch at the very least. Even a door for the forward storage/anchor well
Dude these are actually a sick offshore boat - Peter Pakula was game fishing out of a properly set up 445 and this is an improvement on that hull ( with the pod). These boats make a lot of sense… Can’t go past the custom boats these days check out the Sea Devil 620 for your next boat
Don't feel bad about losing a flathead there! I lost what I am guessing was close to a metre (it overlapped a net by some margin either side, that's how I am guessing its size) flathead about 100m from where you are. It's been a while since I was there, interesting to see a large number of tress not recovered from those fires.
Yeah I was just giving Peter a few tips, he's never tried plastics really before. 2 mins later and he's on! 😅 a few years ago I lost one over a metre also, don't get on camera or anything....ohwell. we will be back
The larger ones are best left in the ocean so don't feel bad. Flathead of that are best left in the ocean for breeding and not as nice tasting as the medium size ones (or so I've heard) so don't feel so bad!
Gday mate it's an awesome rig I'm getting close to pulling the trigger and get a new rig and it looks to be able to handle the off shore but what is the draft like as I will be doing a bit of shallow water Is it something a hydronic jacking plate can fixe or is it the dead rise? The deck out will be very similar to what you guys have but am looking at going mercury as they are about 35kg less than the suzuki
