Thanks for answering my question from last video. I was trying to find what engine it was. I was thinking it was a 6.0. Glad to hear it’s a 5.3. My son has a truck just like it but it’s 4wd. Weld wheels, 3.73’s, yank 3800, slammed, stock 5.3 and a vs racing T51r 7875 with a .96 back housing. It moves for a stock 5.3 with no cam.

I don’t know what gear is in this truck but that turbo wasn’t the problem they put wrong torque converter in it I know they just replaced it but I don’t think it’s correct still not taking off like you want it to barely wants to burnout power braking . You flash it might do better maybe worse but either way a lighter converter just going to make it spin but I’m sure Frank will have it blown up before the giveaway so scratch the truck from that and let Frank the savage eat .
It’s because of the built in two step. It cuts timing to build boost when you’re on the brake. If we turn that off it lights up like a normal turbo car would lol
