I’ve been there. When I had my first baby, 20 years ago, I cried every day. It would usually hit mid to late morning and he was usually napping so I would go cry on the shower. I was having separation anxiety thinking about when I would have to go back to work. He wasn’t even going to daycare either. My parents watched both of my kids when they were babies so there was nothing to worry about. Your hormones will get back in whack and you will feel better. Focus on the cute little things your baby does. And, if you need a break, get dad or one of the grandparents to come over and take over for awhile and you go have lunch with a friend or just go have some time to do something you like.

Screamed with excitement when you said MAC Rebel! To this day, Rebel is my signature shade 🥰 I always have a tube in my bag! Somehow, without fail, I’ll leave the house in one shade, change my mind at some point in the day/night and come back home wearing Rebel 😂

The Elf Nude Mood Mad For Matte palette I pulled out recently and I see why that one was such a holy grail for so many. The formula and shades in that are stunning, and just looking at it, you don’t expect it to be as wowing as it is on the eye.

That’s all the mascara I wore back then, and their two pan palettes that were for eye colors. Fun fact, I have blue eyes, but always bought the one for hazel eyes. They had the most beautiful pink/gold shade that I wore daily!

I worked at an ophthalmologist clinic at that time, and we would get PR from Almay, all eye products, and I loved the mascara’s especially! Was it because they were free? I don’t know.

I used to use Butter Bronzer every day. It smells amazing and goes on so smooth. I've been into the Milani Cheek Kiss and the L'oreal Infallible bronzer. Love them. And yes, i still use All Nighter to this day. It is amazing. That black shade in that pallet.... amazing! Blacks are hard to make. That one looks like it was very well done.

Romantic Rose is still available. I waited years to get it easily in Australia, Jessica Braun made me want it. I finally got it last year because I forgot about it lol. It's def a regular now (along with HG palettes) because it's just such a perfect flush. I don't like pigmented products or strong blush. You just can't mess up with Milani's RR or HG blushes.

Years ago you recommended Elf Moonlit Pearls highlight. I love it. It gives a beautiful look and is so cheap. The packaging always breaks before I've made a dent in it. It's versatile as it can be buffed in to make it super light catching or put on lightly for a subtle highlight. The colour is neutral too ❤

I look at (and sniff) my PF Butter Bronzer and remember sitting in my old house years ago, and using my minimum amount of makeup staples. Reading magazines to get makeup reviews and looks. Remember the old L'Oreal infallible shadows the single ones in iced latte and amber rush those were great. The Ofra liquid lipsticks were the best. Urban Decay All nighter would really lock your makeup look down Mac fix plus is another great multitasking setting spray used for everything from setting powder to getting the best out of shimmer shadows and even making eyeliner out of eyeshadows. The eyeliner possibilities were endless LoL

The 1st primer i ever used and knew of was Estee Lauder Idealist. I was so shocked by what it did for me. It was in 1997 and i was engaged to be married so i went to the Department store to get my face done. It wasnt called a primer but thats exactly what it was. Absolutely loved that stuff.

It dawned on me that I found your channel well over 10 years ago. I definitely remember a lot of these products from way back when. I also have 3 of those RT setting brushes because of you 😂 To give you a suggestion for sunscreen - Japanese and Korean sunscreen are next level. We don't have anything like that here. My favorite for body is Omi Verdio UV Moisture Gel, and for face I have a few. Canmake Mermaid Skin, Skin Aqua Super Moisture Barrier UV Gel, and Skin1004 Sun Hyalu-Cica Water-Fit Sun Serum are all fantastic. I don't even need to use moisturizer, and depending on the foundation I'm doing, I don't need primer either!

The IT cosmetics cc cream is a classic. I use that when I am sure I will look covered. Elf is what I use for the brow and I have so many high end. Maybelline is always a fave. Love the head band and love these series of blast from the past. Urban decay is still so good. I love the original and have so many except the naked 3 😂 I gave that to my mom. Don’t let it go. 😂😂😂 OMG MAC lipstick is just so good. I have a collection. Mac O and Fresh Moroccan. Thankfully they still sell that. Rebel was good and some others I wish MAC still had. I thought of you because we have have had so many bad thunderstorms lately and I was up into the night. That’s bad. 😬😂 Thanks for sharing. ❤

Oh Emily I’m with you on the driving issue. I’m a very anxious passenger too. I could never sleep while someone else is driving. I feel like I have to watch them and make sure all is well 😊. Can you make a dupe video of old classics that aren’t sold anymore? Like the MACs lipsticks. I haven’t been able to find a replacement for “Girl About Town” and it was the perfect pink for me. All the other ones make me look like a clown lol

Naked 3 was my first high end palette and i still have it for the memories it brings me🎉 ❤ Butter bronzer was my first drugstore bronzer lol i was afraid of bronzer for a long time. Laura Mercier was my first ever loose powder. This was a memory journey 🎉❤ thanks Emily

On the issue of powder bronzers, I have always had very dry skin and have for years explored different formulas of cream bronzers and blushes. I was lured by the promise of getting more hydration, which does happen for a while. But the truth for me is that cream products don’t last on me. My favorite bronzer is a wonderful powder bronzer that is my perfect shade. So, even if I go for a cream, it gets set with the powder product. Blushes too.

Really enjoyed your video! I would love it if you would do one using iconic brands as well like a full face of all things estee lauder, they are so amazing and you never hear anything about so many of their "other products" like their bronzers/blushes/eye shadow/lip etc.

I drove a U-Haul through a hurricane in Mississippi with semis flying by and downed trees on the road. It was terrifying! This look came together beautifully, you look so fresh!

@@ncswims1 I have Ghost and Jellyfish. I just try to block out the irresponsibility of what I did. They're my only two face palettes now (ditto eyeshadow, have maybe 2 palettes). My new philosophy is quality over quantity. I buy a lot of minis too now. The reason they don't get used every day (despite being literally goof-proof) is sometimes you get annoyed with how limited you are w/brush 'cos those pans are close together.

Great video! I did watch until the end. The IT Cosmetics CC Cream and MAC Prolongwear sit amazingly on textured skin whereas the coverage is awesome as well. Shade NW 25 is great for covering spots (on me) because of its peachy tone.

This look is GORGEOUS!!! I never owned ANY MAC products in the “height” of their fame on RU-vid, I just wasn’t able to. Now I have a small collection of their lipsticks that I adore, sometimes I have FixPlus, I have several beautiful blushes and I love the Serumizer- I bought it during Ulta’s 21 days of beauty last year (I’ll be honest, I bought two lol)- I had wanted to try their skincare badly and it was the perfect chance! For anyone wondering, it is spectacular! I still use it everyday. I do want to try the studio fix powder but after seeing you talk about the Maybelline superstay the other day and comparing them in this video, I might get the Maybelline instead! Oh! And I am going to buy Rebel- it always scared me but shearing it out was perfect! Also, I was sure you were going to use Superhero mascara! I tried that originally from your videos and anytime I see it you come to mind! ♥️♥️♥️

Once I find something I like, I really hold onto it. I've used Revlon lipstick in Mink for multiple tubes, for example. Before it was discontinued I'd gone through Milani prep set and glow powder pan after pan. There are really good products that aren't New and it is so annoying when it gets discontinued so brands can keep pumping out new stuff. I won't buy new stuff anymore, I'm past the 2016 youtube makeup frenzy. I buy my old standby products, that's really it. If I lost my makeup in a weird accident, I'd repurchase mostly all old favorites. Revlon Skinlights in Daylight is the only highlighter I need, really.

Your lipstick colors match your headband! Luv the makeup esp the eye shadows. You pick out the coolest colors for eyes! I have bought the IT cc cream. I like it but it’s heavy I believe.
