I'd like to see it in a practical example, going from the application of the product, them the hair being analysed by a microscope to confirm the action of the keratin like it's being sold and the respective results. If this is in fact a new technology, then I guess we as customers deserve to see a proof of its efficacy, and not a manufactured result.
